Furniture Village - Nottingham Anmeldelser 

The purchasing experience was good. Very attentive salesperson. However the low score is because we were over promised on delivery and the communication from Furniture Village was (and still is two months after the due date) nonexistent. It is incumbent on us to chase when delivery dates are continually missed. Deadline number three looming (ie tomorrow) and still no notification, I suspect another deadline will be missed.

Very pleasant not pushy left us to choose our own product and then was exceedingly helpful sorting the purchase out. We were returning custom and glad we did

Reported fault with sofa after six weeks.18 months and 5 service visits by two after care companies later we agreed a partial refund to take it back.After six weeks from collection still didnt repay the money stating i owed them money even tho the finance was paid up.
Eventually finance company got the money back for me,plus an extra £26.66....the very amount they said i owed.
Store manager useless....

From the time we stepped into your showroom we was welcomed very professionally no pressure we was left to look at all the wardrobes
Then when we need help we was attended by Stewart he explained all the options which was available very well done

She took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and answered all of our questions and guided us to the perfect dining table without ever making us feel pressured to buy. Her excellent customer service and warm approach made a huge difference in our shopping experience.
The store itself is well organised and had a great selection. We are delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend both the store and Lynne to anyone looking for quality furniture and top-tier service.

Delivery was not the greatest, guys came in with muddy feet, sat on the sofa and booted my door open leaving a footprint. Not respect ful. Then the chairs are faulty and after care is rubbish. Chairs are all faulty and bolts fall off
