I had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village thanks to the excellent service I received from Darhys. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend asking for him.

Felt quite pressured into a purchase.

The guy we dealt with Darhys was very helpful, very pleasant, assisted when we asked some awkward questions about the sofas , so we walked in and walked out with what we wanted. Had a coffee whilst doing a walk around and testing the sofas, my child was being a child and jumping 360 from one sofa to the next and he wasnt even bothered by that which some are. Great stuff👍

Was lovely and casual in there. I hate it when people pounce on you straight away.
A salesman came over and asked if we needed help, was very informative and helpful. We bought a corner dining set and bar stools.
Had a lovely drink and would definitely shop again

I went to look at sofas. I was welcomed as I entered the store by Kami,and offered a drink. Was told,enjoy looking at the sofa's. Take all the time you need, and if you need further information I am available to help.

Staff in the shop were great when selling the products.
When it came to delivery today Cliff and Gaz dropped my sofa off and were extremely professional and great couldn’t not fault them at all.
My problem was with the customer service team. A chair didn’t turn up and it was so difficult to get another one. I was on hold for a very long time to get through to someone for them to tell me they would contact me the next day, this happened on at least 4 occasions and each time I had to phone back rather than doing what they said. They were not helpful at all, I had to go into store and to ask to speak to a manager before they ordered a new one (seemed like it happens a lot as wasn’t surprised).
I also got multiple calls about my side board being ready which I had already received (think notes need to be updated)
Tell you after to fill out a survey straight after buying, I am glad I waited as it is the whole service and if you are selling products and telling me it will arrive in 10 days and then not. And instead being on lots of calls just trying to order another chair and not getting anywhere!!

Paul Welsh was great,he was really helpful when asking questions about our purchase and everything was dealt with professionally.

Clive, our sales person was extremely helpful. He was polite, very knowledgable and was able to offer advice with being pushy. We found our perfect set of sofas amazingly quickly, and are 100% happy with our experience. Clive was able to make the monthly payments affordable for us, allowing us to get wonderful set of sofas, that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford. Clive explained our insurance cover and its benefits extremely well, and we’re amazed how great value it was. Would certainly go back for any other furniture needs.

We both are deaf, the staff was very calming, patience with us communication by writing down on paper and good eye contacts.

Rana was very attentive to what we were looking for and right at the beginning showed us the sofa and armchairs that we are purchasing with you now. He went through all its features, and the costings, having the right balance between being helpful and informative as well as being friendly. He was true to his word, when we came back a couple of days later offering us the same terms as when we first saw the sofa etc.

Kami was very helpful on answering our questions and also supplying information to us. He was not a pushy salesman but very professional and friendly.

Clive served me with no pressure, was most helpful, and friendly. I would recommend the store in Gillingham and assistant Clive who went above and beyond to help me, especially as I was a disabled customer. He was very patient. The whole team in fact were very friendly. I would go there again.
