Furniture Village - Farnborough Anmeldelser

We had an excellent shopping experience in Furniture Village. Boroka Sebesi was very professional and extremely polite. She explained everything very clearly. Thank you.

Derek was great. Was upfront and honest about faults with the clearance furniture, and walked us through everything we needed to know to look after our new couches. He was available for questions but not pushy or too in our faces while we were browsing. Overall, very happy with the service we received.

From buying at Farnborough through to delivery - excellent.
Chris B was excellent at advice in the shop and not at all pushy. Knew his products.
Jay and Jamil the delivery guys kept us well informed of timings and gave us a call 10 mins before delivery. They were friendly, made sure to leave our house as they found it and very helpful with info.

Visited the Furniture Village store in Farnborough this weekend and have ordered a bed, wardrobe, dining table and chairs. We were very well looked after by salesman Chris who was very professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning to this store again for any future furniture requirements.

The staff was very professional and accomodating. They have gone above and beyonds to keep a customer happy. Really appreciate and highly recommended. Thank you.

Timely delivery. Those who brought the items and fitted them in my property were very cautious not to damage any part of the property. They were also risk-conscious in that someone needed to be around throughout their delivery and installation time. They also took away their cardboards (which came with the furniture) and it saved me the headache of disposing these waste cardboards. I’ll always patronise Furniture Village products.

We called in later than expected, on Sunday. We were immediately greeted by the member of staff who stayed with us whilst we chose the settees we liked.
We completed the deal with delivery expected to our new house within 10 days. On departing, by about 15.45 we came across some tables and chairs we liked and despite the time, were enthusiasticly served by same member of staff. So taken by the service were we, that my wife said she would return for a lounge table in next 2 weeks.

Welcomed and served by Morne who showed patience and understanding, especially when I was overwhelmed with all the choices I had to make. Resulted in not only buying sofas, which is what I went in for, but also bedroom furniture 😊

I am very pleased of my purchase today for a chest of drawer and desk for my son’s bedroom. Very good quality, made in England, and modern finish. I was helped by Boroka who took her time matching the items and doing a very quick financing which is interest free. Extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you

Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable. Derek Spittle was a great at helping me to choose my sofa and Baroka Sebeni was very efficient and friendly with helping me to seal the deal. She was also very lovely and sweet with my daughter and nephew 😊

Boroka was absolutely fantastic both times we visited the farnborough branch. Made the process easy to buy our first sofa for our new home. Would highly recommend!

Bought a lovely sofa - great staff, experience. Highly recommend. Kevin was very helpful

Cris was an excellent salesman - very helpful and informative but giving us plenty of time and space to make a decision. My mother is deaf, and can sometimes find these sort of transactions difficult, but Cris made the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely five stars.

Amber was very helpful! I asked her to help me retrieve all documents relating to my purchase in January of two quality sofas. She listened carefully and explained the business processes involved in a purchase which has the care package included. Amber reassured me that all is well and quickly provided me with an email with relevant information re the care package.
My query came when her department was under pressure and Amber handled it brilliantly. She is a great asset to the company, with intelligence, enthusiasm, efficiency, and a great manner in dealing with an anxious customer such as myself. Bravo, Amber!

Cris was very friendly, knowledgable and really helped us understand what we wanted. My wife and I really appreciated the drinks which made the whole experience really relaxing and enjoyable. Cris is an asset to the company. Thanks for helping us and also showing us how to care for our new furniture.
