Great Excellent service

Baroka was brilliant, helpful, kind and had a great sense of humour whilst trying to decide which bed frame and mattress I wanted - it’s a harder decision than you may think!

Not only that, Baroka sorted me out with a great deal, including a discount for being an NHS worker - much appreciated!

Knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Not pushy. We had very specific requirements and he showed just the chair we needed

Boroka was very friendly and she was very helpful in every possible way. Thank you so much for such an amazing shopping experience today. I would highly recommend Furniture Village to everyone as they have variety of beautiful furnitures available☺️

Very helpful , friendly service

Excellent knowledgeable and friendly service with no sales pressure to purchase from our Sales Consultant Chris Duncan. Chris took time to answer all our questions, providing detailed information on the manufacturing and production of our mattress backed up with personal experience from his visit to the manufacturer. The showroom was clean and well lit with the added bonus in the current heatwave of air conditioning.

The staff are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Very helpful South African gentleman, Morne, spent ages helping my family and I decide on a dining table and chairs over two separate visits. I had a lot of very specific requirements and nothing was too much trouble.

Helpful staff, who explained everything and were patient with us when making such a big purchase.

Good Service, Derek was very patience, it take a long time to make up our minds and asked a lot of questions, would ecommend Furiture Village.

We visited your Farnborough store and found everyone very friendly and welcoming, we were served by Kevin and found him very knowledgeable

Great service and advice from Morne Fourie, friendly and helpful.

Friendly efficient service and fast delivery

Chris Duncan was great help and to his credit our sale went through without any problem. He is a asset to the company.

I absolutely love this furniture set! The design is modern, the quality is excellent, and it looks even better in person. The craftsmanship is impressive, it's sturdy and comfortable, and it has completely transformed the look of my space. Great value for the price, and the customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality furniture.
