First of all the wrong sofa was delivered. They then bought the correct one but couldn’t get it in because they needed to take
the door of which they are not allowed to do. Finally 2 neighbours helped my husband to get it in

A warm welcoming as we entered the store, the new layout is more inviting and easier to shop.
The sales advisor Donna Martin had a huge wealth of experience when it comes down to knowing the stock, very patient, with us, advised us and gave us different options.
I purchased the Bodahl dining table and sideboard which is fabulous, nothing else beats Furniture Village.

I had a lovely sales man.
Who was very helpful.
And I didn’t feel rushed.

Donna Martin was very supportive but not pushy atall.
Our circumstances are a little more complicated than most and Donna was so patient with us, helping but not overwhelming us.
We will look forward to our sofa delivery!

Kane was knowledgable, authentic, courteous and did not place any pressure on us to buy. He also managed to arrange a discount that really secured the sale.

Worst experience with this company. Bought a sofa and waited for 4 months. Been told getting delivered today (Saturday morning of bank holiday weekend) and now at 08:30 on day of delivery sofa couldn't be delivered because the lorry has broken down. How can a national furniture company running a business without any back up plan for cases like this? We had planned for this to be delivered today and now our bank holiday weekend has just been ruined. And the guy says it going to take very long time to swap the lorry? Like how is that our problem? You running the business and you fix the problem!

Sofa bed delivered as promised and pleased with it. However, terrible Customer Care in terms of communication to resolve a simple problem of delivery of cushions, which we were not told, that they are supplied by a 3rd party.
Several emails and telephone calls over a period of 2 months and then a paltry sum of £10 was offered for all the time wasted, which i rejected. I suspect the problem lies with the fact that the Customer Care is centralised. Never again!

Our table and chairs were delivered today within the timeframe notified to us previously. The driver rang beforehand to inform me when they were half an hour away so we were fully prepared for them.

The table was in flat pack form but the drivers assembled it for us which was a pleasant surprise as normally the customer has to do this themselves.

The drivers were polite and friendly and smartly presented. They wore protective overshoes so not to dirty our carpet.

Modern well laid-out showroom with excellent car parking, great advice and help from Sales Consultant Cindy who let us take samples home to match up our decor. Went back a few days later and made our purchase and now awaiting delivery in about five weeks.

The service was exceptional and staff were very friendly and helpful! Served by Kieran.

I want to say how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Donna was. She made the whole family feel welcome and we really felt at ease speaking with her. Once we had decided on our sofa she explained the whole process very well so we understood the next steps!

I found what I was looking for,I didn’t feel under pressure and the assistant was helpful.

I had a lovely lady serving me.
I had already chosen my sofa previously, so went back to order. I decided to order a footstool and armchair in the same range.
We looked at the colour range and the lady made suggestions that I had not thought of.
It was definitely worth visiting the store instead of ordering online as it was a much more personal experience. I went home very happy and am looking forward to my delivery.

We were very impressed with the young lady who assisted us in store. She was very helpful and explained all we needed to know during the purchase of sofas.

I have been bombarded with text messages and emails asking me to leave a review. I haven’t received the furniture yet! I didn’t give my phone number or email for this. As instructed I text STOP to unsubscribe but it came back undeliverable. If I could cancel the furniture I would.

Excellent, I only went to have a look, and came away with a new sofa,
Enjoyed the coffee and cookies, but mostly we were given the time to make sure it was the one we wanted. We were listen to and very happy with the experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Large range of products giving great choice.
