Refused to deliver to the 2nd floor despite advertising they would. Made a lot of nonsense excuses and even when we moved it up ourselves they still wouldn't refund delivery fee. Sell you a £900 sofa but argue over £30 delivery. Profits over relationships.

Prompt delivery. Chairs exactly as described and look great. Only just started using them, so hopefully they will last well.

Unfortunately the delivery company made the purchase a nightmare. I had short notice of an AM arrival and cancelled an appointment. Then I was told the driver was delayed. Then I was told the chairs weren’t on the vehicle. And then I was told they would arrive that afternoon. At 6pm I was told I wasn’t in. I was. The following day my four chairs were delivered throughout the day by three different drivers. Another day waiting in.

The delivery of the sofas was accurate and on time, arriving within the agreed delivery window. The quality is excellent, and placing the order was easy and straightforward. The price was reasonable, although it would have been more convenient if it had been £1,000 instead of £1,099.

Chairs were as described. Fast and secure delivery. Looked beautiful with my dining table. Only downside was i ordered 6 chairs, they came in 2 separate deliveries. So had to wait for different delivery times. The product itself can not fault, easy yo assemble and very good quality for price.

I had a leather suite from these guys and I loves it. But due to my daughter unforseen ciecustances I gave it to her and I ordered another one opting this time for a soft velour type.
Within a few months it started to go saggy I thought maybe it would bounce back but when it didn't I contacted them
Very quickly they sent an apparent expert who said it was fine despite by now it was sagging on both the 3 and the 2 seaters he said this is natural with this type of settee and the way its made I said I wasnt happy but he went off to report back but told me they wouldn't do anything
The company never came back to me and because at the time I was very ill I never chased it. Both settes look really saggy now and I cover them up as it doesn't look nice I am very disappointed because this company is perfect in every other way price delivery excellent if anyone else else has the Kansas velour suite I would be intrerested to know if you have had the same problem
my daughters sofa still looks brand new (the one I gave her) other than this experience I know they are a very good company to buy from.

Goods arrived on date requested. Chairs good quality and fairly easy to put together.

Sofa was delivered by two extremely pleasant guys. They were clearly trying their best to deliver everyones items on time even though they hd encountered severe traffic delays. They were so polite and carried the three seater sofa up the spiral staircase to my flat on second floor without a single complaint. Lexi sofa is gorgeous and even nicer than pictures. Very comfy too. Happy customer. Highly recommend.

I bought the Highbury extended dining table with sage green legs the quality of this table is excellent, it was packaged very well, and the communication with the delivery time was excellent I would buy from furniture and choice again

The chairs are great, very well built and very comfortable. Fittings are great and easy to put together with the instructions very clear and how to care for them in the future. Dispatched super quick, just held up as Royal Mail are terrible.. will definitely use again. Thanks

Ordered 5 chairs a few years back. They were lovely. However one chair has developed rips and scuffs. All other chairs are fine. They sent a defective chair. Explained this to customer service. I was ready to buy another asked for a small discount as a courtesy due to bad experience. Was told a flat no. Not even a 10% discount code. They said they do them cheap enough as it is. I have had to buy one just to replace this one. I find that poor service and no confidence in buying future items or recommending to others.

Delighted with our purchase, ordering was easy, delivery was quick. We bought the same dining chairs 7yrs ago we have five granddaughters so they’ve had plenty of use. The material had started to deteriorate and peel so they needed replacing. We were happy to buy the same chairs and feel 7yr lifespan for the cost is very fair.
