Really love the quality of our chairs. Easy to order online and looked identical colour as on the website. Arrived exactly on the date and time as specified. Well packaged and simple to assemble chairs. Just perfect.

The only negative point I would make, is nothing to do with the company itself but the delivery driver was very aloof, literally knocked on the door and didn’t speak once. I thought he was going to bring another box to the door as went to the back of his van, but he shut the doors and hopped into the driving seat without a goodbye or backward glance. Just a polite hello or goodbye would have been nice.

Friendly driver delivered on time and all six chairs were carefully packed and undamaged. Assembly was straightforward as everything lined up accurately. The construction is all wood with no chipboard involved. We chose dark blue and the chairs look very classy.

We bought a Baltimore sofa in Beige Classic fabric from Furniture And Choice. The delivery was originally scheduled for a Friday, with delivery handled by DX (Deliver Exactly). We were given a two-hour delivery window the day before, but this changed three times, with the final slot being between 4:10 pm and 6:10 pm.
We waited in all day, only to find that the delivery had been cancelled without any prior notice. I called the furniture company on the day several times and I was assured that the delivery would take place as scheduled. The following day, we contacted Furniture And Choice, only to be told that DX does not deliver at weekends and that the next available delivery slot was the following Wednesday—six days after the original scheduled delivery date.
This caused significant inconvenience, as we had tenants moving into the property on the Saturday and were relying on the sofa being delivered on time.
When the sofa was finally delivered, we discovered a large hole in the underside. The fitter sent us a photograph showing the extent of the damage. Unfortunately, as the tenants had already moved in, we had no practical option but to have the damage patched and repaired rather than return the sofa and face further delays.
What was particularly disappointing was the lack of customer service from Furniture And Choice. Apart from a rather weak apology, there was very little acknowledgement of the considerable inconvenience caused or any meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

Bought a sofa with them which which had a faulty frame and it broke pretty much on the first use. There are no signs of damage and their agent only checked the sofa from the outside. Although they say that their sofas comes with a 10yr warranty for the frame, they refused to cover it in this case. Would NEVER buy any product from them again. Worst customer service and low quality products.

EDIT: See, this is a complete lie. You sent a guy from your company to inspect it. I didn't submit a report because you guys won't cover the cost of that. The inspection was done by TOUCHING the outside of the sofa and he never opened it even when I requested him to do that. I hope I could give you guys a rating lower than one. Your warranty means nothing, don't mislead clients.

Delivery was delayed due to waiting on stock but kept informed frequently an update to when it would be delivered and it was delivered before the due date when orderded. It came very well packed and was easy to assemble and everyone has admired the chairs on look and comfort so very happy with purchase.

Placed our order and then realised we'd booked the wrong day for delivery. Next day spoke to Amanda and she kindly changed the day without any issue at all. Delivery was okay although royal mail delivered one box on the day previous to our chosen delivery and 2nd box arrived on our chosen day. Chairs were packaged extremely well and there was no damage whatsoever. Will definitely order from this company in the future.
