The chairs 🪑 are lovey but described as stackable but they don’t stack . So very disappointed in that as only have a small flat with little space.

My parents bought two matching 2 seater sofas from Furniture And Choice in January 2026. A fault appeared within a few days, which was disappointing given the price and the expectation of better quality.

Furniture and Choice acknowledged the issue at the time and sent replacement cushions, however, the problem never went aware and the fault returned again in May.

Although they acknowledge the fault early on, they later refuse to recognise the ongoing issue when it reappeared.

The main issue has been the after sales service. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and we kept getting different answers depending on who replied. It was extremely difficult to get clear information, and the overall handling of the complaint felt disorganised and unhelpful.

Despite the sofas being sold as a matching set, the company only offered a partial refund for one sofa and refused to escalate the complaint to anyone senior. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and my parents have been left with a faulty sofa and no proper support.

Based on our experience, the after sales service from this company has been extremely poor.

Update: In response to the company’s reply, the main issues are still unresolved.

– The fault is recurring.
– The technician visit did not fix the problem.
– Offering a refund for only one item from a matching set is not a valid remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The case is now with Advice Direct Scotland and Trading Standards, and we are following the correct process.

I was happy I made the purchase. The sofa I bought was the kenton, its firm easy to put together. The only down side is the arm rest, it doesn't stay in place. but aside that the service the affordability. Nothing like what I saw vs what I got. What you see is what you do actually get.

Amazing company to deal with! Reasonably priced products and great quality! We bought six dining chairs, unfortunately one arrived minus a few of the screws. I called the company and spoke to a very polite staff member on a Friday evening who put a replacement pack in the post immediately. We were amazed when it arrived first post Saturday morning! Very happy with our chairs and with the Customer Service, easily the best company we have dealt with in awhile.
