Frost as usual were the go to for things required to do up anything made from metal. Great prices, an amazing range of 'I didn't even know where to get one' items, easy to use website and checkout, and exemplary packing/delivery mean I keep coming back. This time it was POR-15 for my 'newly restored from a load of old girders work bench'. Why has it taken me so long to find out about POR-15 products? If it's rusty and you want to change that to shiny and painted then POR-15 stuff coupled with Bilt Hamber products to negate the rust are the way to go. Expensive but they do the job, and you only have to do it once unlike other products which I had been using!

I ordered several VERY high temp paints for an exhaust system this week.
1 was accidentally ordered with the normal high temp instead of Very High Temp.
Phoned the guys up and a very nice lady sorted an additional order from me, with 1 return item sorted over the phone at the same time too.

There was no beating around the bush and all sorted very quickly.
Real people here, no Ai running you around the different departments. Very impressed. Quality products. What more can I say. Xxx to the lady - what a star.

I've been all over the place to get my chrome parts stripped. I can wait up to 6 weeks to get them back, and they seem to be all shutting down. Now I think I've found out why ... you can strip it yourself. Got the £110 kit from Frost and I was dubious if it would work but hey presto ... brass and copper parts instead of chromed. Highly recommended.

These guys are rip of merchants, They charged me £25 delivery to send me one aerosol of paint as they said there’s a surcharge due to it been restricted item and had to go by courier, Guess what they actually sent it Parcelforce/ Royalmail and kept my money, This is a prohibited item with them, I’m going to right to Parcelforce and complain about this company, Con artists in my opinion

Purchased in good faith 3 x Gliptone Real Leather air fresheners - genuine ones last months and my purchase just 3 weeks. Opened an ebay dispute to return - which seller immediately closed with not even a message
