Best RO system I ever had.
First class customer service & reliable, trustworthy company.
I don't understand the negative reviews & I have 2 products from them & both are top of the range in their category.
Their products are modern & updated. For example my old RO system was a nightmare every time I had to change the filter, I had to deal with leaks, get a professional to come in to change them (as a single woman) as well the risk of not knowing when filters needed changing & one time got severe stomach pains as unknown to me, filters needed changing & I was drinking contaminated water.
but with this, not only you get an indicator, but changing filters is as simple as can be.

I have researched a lot (I mean a lot) as water is very important for me & in my humble opinion, this is the best in this price range & water quality is amazing.

I bought this hot water unit a month ago for £499 from Amazon. It didn’t take long before acting up, now it’s not filtering from back to front, I’ve seen videos on YouTube how to clean these filters as they get clogged up, also read instructions on google to my amazement,none worked, no phone number to call this company. For the price you would expect some kind of support. Before I bought it I hesitated. The one I had before lasted me years. I would advise no one buy it model number WD-99-H as you might regret getting it.

Impressive logistics! It took you 3 entire days of the item being 'in stock' to realize your shelf was actually empty. Thanks for the masterclass in inventory management.

Purchased on 7 February, this was the company’s top-of-the-range reverse osmosis unit, costing around £800, so expectations for reliability and longevity were understandably high.

The system has been used in a two-person household, despite being marketed as suitable for a family, so it has not been heavily used or pushed hard in any way.

After just under two years of normal use, the unit has developed a significant leak. This occurred shortly after the 18-month warranty period, which was frustrating to discover. As the unit is installed under the sink, the leak wasn’t immediately obvious, but it has since caused damage to the kitchen cupboard base, which will now require repair.

For a premium-priced filtration system, this level of failure in such a short timeframe is well below reasonable expectations. This does not appear to be wear and tear, but rather a durability or quality issue, especially given how lightly the system has been used.

I’m leaving this review to be honest and factual, and in the hope that the manufacturer will stand behind their product and offer a reasonable resolution. A system at this price point should last considerably longer and certainly should not be causing property damage.

At present, based on this experience, I would struggle to recommend the product. I hope the company chooses to engage constructively and demonstrate the level of customer care expected from a premium brand.

Contrary to the website, no phone number. I emailed customer service and asked if they could help select the correct filter for me. No response, though had selected the SW10 based on my own research and placed an order.
can we help in any other way? I said yes, please, respond to the last two emails, I have had no response to date.

Jessie from Frizzlife did email me and was apologetic regarding the missed communications. We had a great chat and Jessie answered my original concerns.
I personally prioritise customer service over everything else, things can and do go wrong from time to time, such is life, however, having this rectified with great customer service is the pinnacle of any transaction.

I love the SW10 filter and found it strait forward to install with everything I needed was in the box.
