We contacted Colin with a view to purchasing a swim spa. From the outset Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately due to our builders timescales we were not able to purchase through Colin but I was disappointed about this as he was always there and went through a lot of detail and queries with us. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and we are genuinely disappointed that because of circumstances we were unable to deal with him.

We love our hot tub!
We originally purchased our hot tub from Colin following his excellent advice to wet test several before we decided which one suited our need and his advice on the power supply. He installed it despite having to negotiate two flights of concrete steps, with little fuss and even better no damage. He provided detailed operating instructions taking the time to go through it all with both of us, and provided enough chemicals for six months. Since installation he has been on the end of the phone for any advice no matter how trivial and has provided thorough servicing thus keeping our tub in tip top condition. We are delighted with our hot tub and have enjoyed many evenings sitting, talking and spending quality time together. Colin you have made us a very happy, contented couple.

Great Service
We were given a thorough review of each models and Colin helped us decide which one would suit our needs best. Delivery was on time and very quick. It wasn’t easy to get our hot tub in our garden but Colin’s can-do attitude ensured it got in mucus to our delight. He set it up and showed us how to keep it clean and was on the end of the phone for any questions. It has been on the best purchases we have made and our hot tub is fantastic. I would recommend Colin to anyone thinking of purchasing one.

purchase of iQue Corsica Hot Tub......
We purchased our new hot tub through Colin, he was very helpful throughout the whole process, recommending the best accessories to add got the tub we had decided on. All in all a great experience from someone who clearly has a lot of knowledge on the subject and is not just a salesman. When we have been unsure on things or had any queries since, Colin has always been available very quickly to talk us through what needs to be done. Would highly recommend using Fresh Hot Tubs if you are looking to buy anything Hot Tub related.
