Was recommended by a friend and I am glad they did, the whole process was very straight forward. Colin came and there was no pushy sales man just honest and knowledgeable. Then dealt with Kelly in the office who was also amazing.
The installation was very straight forward
Had tub five months and did a water change incorrectly. Rang Colin (it was a Saturday evening) he rang me back via video and talked me through what to do, he rang me again Sunday morning to make sure it was ok. I never imagined the aftercare would be so good after reading other company reviews.
I recommend them 100%

We really wanted a local company when we were looking at purchasing a hot tub an are so glad we came across Colin at fresh hot tub's.
His knowledge on his range of tub's was brilliant. No pushy sales at all just great advice.
Colin an Paul arrived to install an were both so lovely an helpful an answered all my questions an explained everything so clearly for me to understand.
Colin has also been a call away to ask advice an question's I may have after. Nothing has been to much trouble an I would reccomend them over an over again.

There are a number of Hot Tub companies around the Country now, and I personally had a look at them all. What made me decide on Fresh Hot Tubs was that nothing was ever a problem, to viewing them in the yard under social distance guidelines, to answering questions about the different outputs / performance and positioning. He even sent a guy to my house to view the decking area to make sure it was strong enough to take the weight of a full tub, to carrying out a full electric survey. I have had my Barbados tub delivered now and very happy. Colin continues to give advice about cleaning and maintenance and I even have his personal number for sending him Whats App messages about my concerns. You will not get a more personal service anywhere in the Country that Fresh Hot Tubs . Superb !!

Colin was frankly excellent! Of the dozens of companies we engaged with and asked Q’s of, so many didn’t follow up or take any time with us - despite the fact we were ready to spend a chunk of cash! Colin seemed the most interested in selling us a hot-tub, and was happy to answer every Q that we had, nothing was too much trouble for him. Fantastic service, great manner about him, super communicative. Highly recommend.

We had our hot tub delivered a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. We looked at a number of models with a few different companies but found Kelly to be by far the most informed and friendly person to deal with. She was able to guide us through the range of options without being pushy and explained the differences between the models. We went with the St Lucia, which has a hand massaging option (as recommended by Kelly). Who knew this was even a thing, but can’t live without it now! Colin and Paul delivered the hot tub and also did a great job. It is a lovely treat to look forward to each day and is undoubtedly our best purchase of 2020.

Purchased the Grenada hot tub from Colin @ Fresh Hot Tubs and couldn't be happier with it.
It is truly lovely and a joy to be in. Used every day, sometimes twice!
Colin and his colleague Paul came for the installation and were both pleasant, polite and very helpful.
They are the most reasonably priced hot tubs that we have found, and very easily maintained.
Couldn't recommend these and the gang enough - perfect.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the excellent customer service, value and overall whole experience I have received during this very important purchasing decision.

I have been kept well informed, offered realistic delivery times, offered accommodating delivery times with installation worked around my convenience. Also, the installation team were excellent - courteous, knowledgeable and informative.

I had a couple of questions at various points and my calls were responded to both politely and efficiently - with nothing appearing to be too much trouble.

Aside from value, I really do appreciate the customer service received from this small local business and would highly reccomend.

As for the hot tub itself, I love it......my only question is....why didn't I get one sooner!!!!! We have used the hot tub on a regular basis, maintenance is actually fairy straight forward and it has added so much fun to our time at home - we're so pleased we made this purchase and Colin & the team made everything so simple and uncomplicated - 5 star service!!!

We’ve had our Granada hot tub for a couple of months now, still using it virtually every day (not when there were storms!) Had inflatable tubs for many years, but it wasn’t until I saw the affordable ones Fresh were advertising that I looked into a “proper” one. As so many reviews have said Colin was fabulous it wasn’t an easy install I think but he did it without complaining!
I’m so glad we went for the Granada tub as well, It’s so much more spacious than I expected, with various different seat types.

Just had our Barbados hot tub fitted and could not recommend Colin and the team enough. Superb knowledge, quick delivery, friendly and reliable. We absolutely love it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colin and the team! Thank you!!

Our experience with fresh hot tubs has been fantastic. From start to finish colins’s service was fantastic and our intial apprehension of buying our first hot tub was quickly dispersed and we cannot thank Colin and fresh hot tubs enough and would strongly recommend anyone purchasing a hot tub from Colin.

Highly recommend Fresh Hot Tubs! From the initial call, to then placing the order, it was delivered and installed within 24 hours (on a Sunday too). Colin is very helpful and it came with everything you need to get started, no hidden extras.

We purchased a hot tub from Fresh Hot Tubs about a month ago and have been very, very pleased with our purchase. Colin is very knowledgeable about his products and always happy to offer advice and support. The installation itself was quite tricky as we had to go through a neighbour's garden but Colin was incredibly creative in working out how best to deal with any problems and ensure the tub was installed with no damage either to the tub or my neighbour's property. Since installation, Colin has always been available to answer any questions we might have and even popped round to help sort out a small teething problem when I couldn't sort it out for myself.
