We recently bought a House in Nottingham with a 20 year old wheelchair through ceiling lift and got in contact with Freedom access lift removal. Kev and his friend turned up at 8:15am and got rid of the whole thing (it was big) and put in new joists in the middle ceiling. Very prompt and worked throughout the day. They were finished by 2:30pm. Would highly reccomend

Kev and his partner turned up when he said he would and they carried out the removal of the existing lift and made the opening to suit the new Lift this was done with care and consideration towards my husband having no immunity and wearing face coverings at all times within the house. The New lift was installed in the time they had given and the price they quoted us (dispite having to do extra work) cleaned up after themselves and left the house in perfect condition after removing old wiring and disposing of the old lift. We recommend them to anyone who needs a used lift with a good guarantee and professional workmanship.

These guys are amazing.
Can’t rate them highly enough. Hard working guys who go beyond the call of duty to do a great job. So easy to talk to. Arrived earlier than they said and were ready to get stuck in to the job with great expertise. I would have no hesitation in getting these guys to install or remove a lift. You won’t find better. They removed a through the floor lift and took everything away and even hoovered every bit of dust there might have been. They even travelled up from Southampton on the day.
When I read the reviews I thought that they must be good but they surpassed my expectations by a mile.

Removed a through the floor lift in our newly purchased home. This is the type of job that really does require expertise and I couldn't recommend these guys enough - amazing communication, timekeeping and just nice genuine people. Repaired the floor/ceiling, took away any cabling and related equipment and tidied everything afterwards. Really happy with how easy and hassle-free it was to arrange, thank you!

The lads travelled up from Southampton to South Shields the day before the job was to take place so they could start the removal of my mams lift promptly. From start to finish they were fantastic and couldn't ask for any more, through floor lift and all associated trunking removed, all holes filled and all flooring reinstated. House left lovely and clean brilliant! Would definitely recommend thanks for a great job well done

They came to the house to give a quote and do the necessary survey. We accepted the quote and arranged for a date for the installation. They came when they said they would and carried out the job efficiently and within the time they stated.

The lift is like new and make such a difference to my use of the house. It is not as intrusive as I thought it was going to be.

Freedom Access Lifts/Freedom Home Lift Removals removed my late parents through the floor lift on Wednesday 28th March. From first contact with Kevin to Gavin leaving on the day, their service has been exemplary.

Kevin phoned the day before to check on the location as we are in West Yorkshire and they are close to Southampton and informed us that because the previous job had overrun, and so as not to let us down, Gavin would be travelling up and carrying out the work alone.
After setting off prior to 5:00am, he rang 30 minutes before arrival and promptly arrived at 8:30am.
Gavin worked non stop to remove the Pollock Lift and reinstate the hole left in the ceiling, took all parts of the lift with him, vacuumed up inside and even swept up outside where he had been sawing the timber used in reinstating the hole!
He left about 5:00pm to travel back home. What time he got home I don't know, but what a shift!!

I have no hesitation in recommending Freedom Access Lifts/Freedom Home Lift Removals to anyone requiring their services.

Fitted by 2 men who took time and trouble making a 1st class job of replacing the very old lift. My mother is able to stay in her own home thanks to them, nothing was to much trouble for them. Cleaning up as they were working, on time. I would not hesitate to recommend FREDOM ACCESS LIFTS

Freedom Access Lifts fitted our lift in May 2017. It was for our 90 year old mother, so it was important that the installation went smoothly. We were extremely pleased with the way the Company planned the project and then fitted the lift. They were most professional, thought of everything and provided an excellent level of workmanship. The attention to detail was most impressive, as was the friendly service provided.

We have been very happy with the performance of the lift. However, after 6 months a problem arose with the lift, but despite our being nearly a 3 hour drive from the Company's offices, they were able to call the next day to locate the the cause of the malfunction, and get the lift working again. THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE.

Freedom Access Lifts provide excellent value for money and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a 'through the floor lift' to contact then first.
