Superb experience made to feel most welcome by Raj and her manager Mo who kindly offered me a beer. Raj fitted my new BOSS watch for me. This made for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

I recently purchased an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M from Fraser Hart in Colchester, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Georgia and the team.

From the moment I walked into the store, Georgia was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. During my first visit, I must have tried on 15–20 different watches, yet she never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Despite leaving without making a purchase that day, Georgia remained attentive and hospitable throughout, even offering complimentary beers and soft drinks while I browsed.

What impressed me most was her expertise and genuine desire to help me find the right watch rather than simply make a sale. In fact, the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean I eventually purchased was Georgia's suggestion. It's a watch I probably wouldn't have considered or asked to try on by myself, yet as soon as it was on my wrist, I knew it was the one.

When I returned a week later to make the purchase, Georgia happened to be off that day, but the excellent service continued seamlessly. A special mention must go to Billy, the Store Manager, and the other sales advisors who assisted with completing the sale. They handled the transaction professionally and efficiently, making the whole experience feel special from start to finish.

The team also prepared the watch to an absolutely gleaming standard before I left the store. It was presented beautifully and looked every bit as special as such a significant purchase should. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really shone through.

Luxury watch purchases are often remembered as much for the experience as the product itself, and Fraser Hart Colchester absolutely delivered on both. Georgia's patience, expertise and customer care were exceptional, while Billy and the rest of the team ensured the final handover was every bit as impressive.

If you're considering buying a luxury watch, I would highly recommend visiting Fraser Hart Colchester and asking for Georgia. The entire team are a credit to the business, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for my next purchase. I've already got some more in mind!!

Sandra in the Colchester store has always been welcoming, helpful and patient. Yesterday was no different and I really appreciated her excellent support.

I entrusted my wedding ring to this jeweller for a resize, and I'm so glad I did!

Not only was their initial quote more competitive than several other jewellers I contacted, but their communication throughout the process was outstanding. A few days after dropping off the ring, I received a call explaining that the workshop had discovered a crack on the inside of the band that extended through some of the engraving. They took the time to clearly explain the issue, the repair needed, and the impact on the engraving. We discussed the options and agreed on a fair price for the additional work.

Just a few weeks later, I received an email letting me know my ring was ready for collection. The finished result was excellent, and it was reassuring to know the ring had been carefully inspected and repaired properly rather than simply resized.

Every member of staff I dealt with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will happily use them again in the future.

We dealt with Joanne in the Plymouth branch when purchasing our wedding rings. She made the whole process really easy and had some brilliant suggestions and helped guide us to exactly what we wanted.

This isn’t my first time using Fraser Hart and I will continue to go back!

At the Newbury store, Fiona and the rest of the team were superb. We were supported throughout finding a watch for our son's 18 birthday. Fiona helped him choose and was knowledgeable, supportive and generous with her expertise and time. She also arranged a little birthday surprise on the day we gifted the watch to him - balloons and a very warm welcome greeted us for the fitting. The watch now fits perfectly, he is thrilled - such good service and product knowledge. I've purchased one or two items from the store before and each time I've found the staff go above and beyond in terms of great service. They're a credit to the Fraser Hart group.

Susan at Drake Circus was amazing - she was considerate, patient and just so compassionate during our interactions. We purchased a gift for my son as he’s turning 21 but he studies abroad. Despite the distance Susan effortlessly managed the payments, the fitting, answered his questions and ours and was just so warm in her approach. I visited Fraser Hart in Leeds looking to replace my watch. I was met with a warm smile by Rod who discussed various brands and options. He was very knowledgable and talked me through each brand. He was not at all pushy. The manager was also very helpful. Would recommend this shop.

Frazer Heart Newbury, what a fantastic place to shop. We have to say that Josh was so helpful and knowledgeable about we wanted. He was charming and very polite, we were treated like human beings, not just for the sale. The store as a whole made shopping a pleasure.

I bought a gold bangle from the Glasgow store. Taylor was very helpful without putting any pressure on us and we were offered a drink. He showed us lots of different styles and with the help of a glass of prosecco, I chose one. When I got it home I found there was a problem with it but when I went back the next day Taylor was so helpful and it was exchanged with no problem at all. Would highly recommend. Lovely staff and great service.
