The branch manager was very helpfull and friendly, thank you for the great service.

Visited Glasgow store Argyll arcade. Outstanding service from Anne, Lauren and Rachel. Nothing was a problem and went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
Would certainly visit this store again.

The staff at the Bromley store are really very helpful and professional. I bought a wedding band and had to change the size a couple of times. Every time I visited the store the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Fraser Hart.

Recently bought a new Longines Hydroconquest from Callum at the Meadowhall store. Callum is one of the best people I've ever dealt with, an absolute professional from start to finish and his customer service is exceptional. As far as I'm concerned he is my go-to guy for any future Longines acquisitions. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived at the Cambridge store we were treated professionally with 1st class service. Staff were very welcoming and once I had chosen my choice of watches to try on we were shown to a desk and offered a drink since the weather was very warm. I believe the manager dealt with us to begin and once I had chosen, I was passed to another friendly member of the team who arranged payment, resizing and registration of my watch. We went through the warranty and insurance’s available. I am now a very happy owner of the Tudor Pelagos LHD being a right wrist wearer. On the day the included rubber strap had gone missing and was assured that it would be ordered and sent out to me. I have a UPS tracking number so shouldn’t be long before it arrives.
The only other thing I wish I had was the white outer sleeve for the watch box, hopefully next time I go in they will have one available.

Ellie May is always very nice. She has served me several times and never changes. Always polite and cant do enough and always smiley .

The gold cross I bought as a gift was exactly as described, beautifully packaged and promptly delivered. Excellent service.

Caitlin was superb from beginning to end. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave honest opinions on a range of options. I was only there to have a look but made my purchase due to her expertise, attitude and experience. Brilliant.

Shout out to Shannon who has been very helpful - especially on the latest purchases of bangles for both my sister’s 60th birthday and another for a celebration for my wife.

Bought a diamond wedding band with engagement ring 13 months ago.
One of the main big diamonds and claw that holds in broke and lost diamond.
Took it to drakes circus Plymouth to be looked at.
Paid £30 deposit for them also to send away.
Week later gets a email to say it will cost £400 as it is wear and tear, my husband bought it for £900 also I only wear it 3 days as I work for the nhs and not allowed to wear it.
Disappointed with the service.
Who would of thought 13 months old and wear and tear I’m told.

Venla and Sam the Manager have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of in my first luxury watch purchase yesterday! I was disappointed that my seaster was having defects in the bezel and needed sorting out in house. Me without being a watch on my wrist for 2 months has been taken into consideration and made sure im leaving with a Luxury watch on my wrist for the first time in my life! Remarkable experience.

They staff have been incredible here.
They have been so helpful and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very helpful assistant (Evan) who was knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. No pressure to buy more expensive watch but actually ended up buying two! Got a good discount which was brilliant.

We visited Fraser Hart in Peterborough. We were looking for a ring for a landmark birthday for my wife. Samuel in the store was fantastic, he really took the time to discuss what we were looking for and gave ourselves excellent advice. Samuel did not put any pressure on to make a quick decision, which was also appreciated. Shopping for engagement rings in bluewater with no joy until we walked into this branch. Katie was incredibly attentive and couldn't have been more helpful in finding our perfect ring. She wasn't pushy like others and also knowledgable about the products on offer. The other staff were also genuinely friendly and we are thankful for a great experience start to finish. This will be our first choice for any future jeweller shopping!
