Absolute jokers
Absolute jokers , delivery was organised online nearly 2 weeks before I needed it , came to delivery day and kept getting fobbed off with excuses as to why it wasn't being delivered, just kept getting told it would be with us in a hour about 4 times throughout the day

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your delivery.
We understand how frustrating it is to be kept waiting. As we discussed on the day, we had an unexpected issue with the crane on one of our vehicles, which unfortunately affected several deliveries, including yours.
Apologise for the delay. Our team worked to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, and we were able to arrange an alternative crane vehicle to complete your delivery on the same day.
Great friendly service

We're very sorry to hear about your experience at our Rochdale branch. The behaviour you described is unacceptable and falls well below the standards we aim to uphold across our entire network.
We sincerely apologise for the foul language you and your mother were subjected to. This is not the welcoming or professional environment we want for our customers. Please be assured we have addressed this directly with the branch to ensure it does not happen again.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Good Morning David,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and for flagging this issue with us. We're very sorry for the trouble you had finding the Postcrete.
We've looked into this and can see that the two Postcrete products we stock were listed under the supplier's name, 'Postfix', which is why they didn't show up in your search.
We're updating these listings right away to include 'Postcrete' and other relevant search terms to make them much easier to find.
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can get it fixed.
Thanks again and sorry for the inconvenience.
My Dream Kitchen Delivered by Frank Key
From my first visit to the Arnold Showroom and chatting with Ben, to the seamless design and expert fitting by Richard Quigley (Ben's recommendation), my experience with Frank Key Kitchen was flawless. The kitchen is top-quality and installed to the highest standards. Working with both Ben and Richard transformed what could have been a stressful project into an easy, well-managed process with just one point of contact for all trades. In short, my high expectations were not just met—they were exceeded. If you’re considering a new kitchen, Frank Key is absolutely worth a visit!
