Absolutely perfect, I ordered a custom shape mattress for my Mazda Bongo pop-top. At first I thought that the delivery was taking a while until I realised that the lead times are working days, not just days. In the end I asked them if they could possibly get it delivered to me a few days earlier than the expected delivery date and full credit to them they said they'd try and they delivered it exactly when I requested it!

Ordered new memory foam mattress for our VW Campervan, we are away touring for the first time since we made the purchase and we both agree it has enhanced the quality of our sleep..would recommend for other folks who enjoy this lifestyle..

Easy to understand sizing and shape instructions, delivery far sooner than expected - I do understand that my order was tiny in comparison to bulk orders, and someone has to take time to seek out a small size, measure and cut with as little waste a possible. Perfect fit, too, very happy.

On working day 11 since being told my order would take 7-10 working days. I’ve emailed 4 times since last week and every single one has been ignored. I’m just glad this was a trial order as I will not be reordering or recommending.

EDIT- now received a (wrong) tracking number. I must say, M in customer services is possibly the rudest person I’ve spoken to. You really should invest in some proper training, receiving an email that says ‘ Not sure I fully understand it all looks correct to me’ not even a ‘hello’ ? Shocking. Makes your company look appalling.

Ive received 3 emails, 3 voicemails and numerous responses and been told off for not answering. I work shifts. The emails I have received are absolutely vile, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. The worst most awful company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I also did not say I’d spoken to the manager? Unsure where you’ve got that from. You sent me a sequence of 10 numbers and a link to DPD. How was I to know this wasn’t a tracking? I do not work for you. The fact you think it’s acceptable to email CUSTOMERS the way you do is inexcusable. Avoid at all costs. Bullies

Excellent service, I visited the site and chose the foam I wanted. They cut the foam to fit my sofa cushions straight away. Friendly and professional.Very pleased.

Mice had made a mess of our patio furniture cushions. The company made new cushion covers and also the foam inside needed replacing, this was made easy by sending the old cushion covers which they used as a template.

There was a choice of colours and we have a close match, we were very impressed by the quality of the cushions and they are more comfortable than the original. The company also kept in contact with updates.

Placed an order and received a call to verify the details to ensure I was getting the right materials for the job. As a D.I.Y.’er this was very helpful 😊 and much appreciated. Delivery was prompt and well packed. My seat cushions looked pretty good as a result. Would highly recommend.
