Doesn’t provide the comfort claimed
No complaints about the service but paid a lot of money for a thin bit of foam which has not provided any comfort from hard beds. Bought to replace some old foam I’d dug out of the loft and cut up myself but it turns out that the latter provides a lot more comfort and I’ve wasted £70. Gutted

Excellent service and quality
Requested a tailor-made 5cm deep memory foam mattress topper with removable zipped cover for our campervan bed, which is slightly smaller than a queen size bed. I am so pleased with the result. The quality is excellent and the ordering and delivery process was very efficient. The mattress arrived within the specified 21 working days. We've used it for a 3-week tour of France and it's made sleeping in the van so comfortable. Great service, thank you so much.

Great foam - expensive postage!
Foam cut to size was perfect for what l wanted, however l thought the £7.99 shipping cost was way too expensive for the small piece l bought! I felt that the postage price should be dependent on the size of the foam!

Even though I was placing a fairly small order the expertise, recommendations and customer service was all first class.
Never having ordered foam before I was nightmare customer as well asking so many questions and Cy had the patience of at least 2 saints possibly more.
The company was recommended to me and not only would I recommend them but the upholsterer who's making the cushion covers said the quality was excellent as well.

Mattress for my campervan. Great product and helpful staff very happy with the end result. The lead time for custom made with bespoke cover was long, but worth the wait. The delivery company delayed delivery which was not good.

Great pop-top mattress and cover
Ordered a pop-top mattress and cover but unfortunately, DPD lost it in transit.
A few emails back and forth with Helen resulted in a replacement being sent out a few days later.
It's a very comfortable mattress and fits my pop-top perfectly.
Product quality and customer service are both excellent.

Delay in Delivery, but pleased so far with the mattress
Ordered two mattresses for campervan conversion with black covers. As the covers were made to measure, they took the full 21 working days quoted to be dispatched. Unfortunately, an issue in transportation meant it took 6 days to arrive. Apparently, the shipping details came off the box. The mattress covers are hard to get on, but fit snug once done.

We’re sorry to hear about the transport issue and the delay that caused. While we do our best to ensure parcels are clearly labelled and securely packaged, it’s frustrating when things go awry in transit. We're following this up with the courier to prevent it happening again.
The made-to-measure covers are designed to fit snugly (they always soften a little with use), but we understand they can be a bit of a workout to get on initially! If you ever need tips or assistance, we’re always happy to help.

Got mattress
Got mattress, expecting a cover on it as it said on website. Had to make a cover myself and being disabled, I found this difficult. Don’t say there will be a cover if there’s not.

We do try to make that clear on the website, but we’ll review the wording again to see if it can be made even clearer to avoid any future misunderstanding.

I ordered some 25mm SUPERIOR HIGH DENSITY FIRM RG50 (WHITE) which was suggested by the website as an additional layer to go under the existing foam bed in my roof tent. Its perfect and now I can get a good night's sleep!

Pet bed replacement
I ordered a piece of foam as a replacement for my pet bed since the original supply wouldn't help. Foam 4 U provided brilliant input regarding the size and what was needed. One thing that’s lacking from pet bed supplies is a cotton string cover for easy removal and replacement of the outer cover. I will definitely be using them again.
