Terrible Experience - Unacceptable Customer Service and Flight Connections

I recently had a frustrating experience with this airline that I feel compelled to share. My initial flight was delayed by three hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight. However, the airline had the audacity to move my connecting flight 10 hours earlier(emailed just the day before-UNBELIEVABLE), making it impossible to catch, especially since the two terminals were far apart. When I reached out for assistance, the staff was rude and unhelpful, dismissing my concerns and refusing to issue a refund. They claimed that the 10-minute gap was sufficient to make the connection, even though it was physically impossible given the terminals' distance.

This lack of understanding, combined with poor customer service, made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. I will be reconsidering flying with this airline in the future and would not recommend it to others based on this experience.

Definitely not flying with them again, always better to pay more and get better service from more professional airlines that put their guest in the first position.

Canceled flights No refund

Very bad , flight were canceled and no refund , have passed more than 2 years , email was sent that They are going to send refund but refund never was send , I am still sending emails and know one respond . Very bad airline not recommended

Awful experience

Awful experience!
Booked a short flight in the Philippines which cost me over $150 this back back in March 2020. Unfortunately Covid happened and I am still yet to receive my refund. Timeframes to receive kept being pushed back and lies we’re told.
It’s now been just under 2 years, they have operated flights as normal yet I can’t get a reply about my own money!

Worst customer service i have ever…

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my whole life. My tickets were cancelled due to Corona and They have not given me my refund after over a year, They dont have a phone number to call and the email support is horrible. They Are rude and very unprofessional. Dont book with them, a true nightmare.

I had cancelled my family's flight on…

I had cancelled my family's flight on February 7, 2018. I only received a respond after several follow up emails, stating that they are deducting cancellation fee AND refund fee (usually, I only have to pay the cancellation fee). In short, I'm getting back approximately 13% of what I paid for. Then, I was informed that I will receive refund 30-60 bank days. After 60days, I haven't receive my refund or any information regarding it. I had to email them, and was informed that they are forwarding it to the Refund team (which I feel should have been processed when I requested for it). Then, I emailed them back about my comment on their customer service but have not heard anything back. Based on other's reviews, I might not get my refund for 1-2 more months (which would put it to 4-6month since I requested for the cancellation/refund). Please review your Refund Policy and Customer Service Process, because it lessens the trust on the company when you don't do what you said you are going to do.

Book carefully!

Booking site is old, easy to book the wrong date and end up having to pay more.
Airline doesn’t disclose all terms and conditions to consumers. So I’ll do it here: All sales final, no refunds or adjustments. Changes will cost you, if you can make them.

Difficult to get service over the phone-simple changes take 2-3 hours to process. Can’t accept payments for changes online.
