My partner and I had a terrible experience with Flypark. We recently booked both drop off and pickup services to and from the international airport. We arrived on time and waited over 35 minutes with three other passengers for our driver to arrive - The premises was completely empty, so we phoned three different emergency numbers listed on the website, two of these appeared to be disconnected, and one went to answer phone. Frustrated and stressed with 15 minutes until our check in time closed, we ended up having to pay a small fortune and park at the airport. I then emailed a complaint through to the company owner, and his response was "sorry your driver slept in, and my phone was off, these things happen" - Highly recommend parking elsewhere.

I arranged to have my car parked at Flypark near the Auckland Airport, last week. I booked in for a 4.30am collection (their website says they close between 12.20am - 4am) as it stated that I had to be there at least 2 hours and 15mins prior to my flight leaving. We arrived and they were obviously closed as the lights were off and when I called through to them, I was pretty much yelled at over the phone by a woman for coming too early and disrupting her sleep. I advised that I came at the time booked and she said they didn't open until 5 and that she was annoyed I had woken her up too soon.

Eventually, the lights came on and I was met with two employees who literally looked like they just rolled out of bed. Immediately, I was given an earful about arriving early and for also calling them out on the conflicting information on their website. Male was completely rude and the female still had sleep in her eyes - is this the kind of customer service you practice?

Further more, upon returning to collect - my vehicle was not brought out to the front and was parked behind other vehicles. They clearly don't know how to operate a professional carpark yard.

They may be cheaper in price than the other carpark places near the airport, but I would highly recommend you book elsewhere to avoid this kind of service - it's just not worth it! Heck, the fact that their website and confirmations they send out is riddled with spelling errors - this speaks volumes of the type of company they are.
