Great service. Lovely people. They called me to check I was still on my way and didnt run late for checkin. They waited for me and helped with our newborn getting settled in. Picked us up when we arrived back, car was in great condition. Exactly what we expected and paid for.

P.S this is the NZ business, not the Heathrow,London one.

As Tina Turner said::::This team is simply the BEST! Better than all the rest!!!!! Our company uses there services twice a week. The staff are friendly, on time, fun to drive with! My vehicle HAs always been well looked after.
Even when there has been minor logistical issues the staff are there to help and get me to the airport on time.
We have NO REASON to ever put our business elsewhere. well done Flypark

Initially I looked here for review and I nearly canceled the purchase, because the review was so bad. But because I did not have enough time I gave it a try. Just went to the airport about 1 hour earlier.
Had no problem with the service. The driver in the morning was on the airport about 20 minutes after I rang, so in practice I did not wait for him at all. Upon return he was there on time.
Good service.

DO NOT USE.
My opinion is that it is a two bit operation, parking your car in a field somewhere, with no procedures at all.

Should be meet and wait not meet and greet.
Complained had an email to say they will investigate but then didn't actually bother getting back to me.
Waiting over an hour for your car with children at 2am is simply unacceptable.

Dreadful! First time using meet and great and I will never ever do it again! I have bad anxiety going on holiday until I am through to the airport lounge and this service did not help.
The instructions where to ring a number 20 minutes before you're due at the airport. So we did at around 05:20am. We tried134 times!!!! Yeah that's right. 134 times it took to get through. when we did she told us what to do and we followed her instruction. It then took 50 minutes and another 96 phone call attempts for someone to come and pick our car up! In that time we spoke to a couple who had been waiting over 2 hours for their car to come to them. So you can imagine on my return I expected nothing less, and they sure as hell did not disappoint. Just over 2 hours to get our car back after a 10.5 hour flight and 8 hours time difference! Id never recommend this company and I would never use them again. I wouldn't even do meet and great again because other companies didn't look like they where doing any better!

Don't waste your time. They'll keep you waiting with one excuse after another

Excellent service, no problems at all and very efficient. The lady was friendly and our car was ready to be driven away with no hassles. Such a full on busy business, they were just on the go all the time. Great service, I would recommend and would definitely use them again - thanks Flypark!

Wont use this company again,
Paid for undercover parking at auckland airport only to check in car camera footage to find car was left outside whole time,
then got left stranded outside airport for over an hour as none of there contact numbers were being answered even there emergancy contact number, so paid for a taxi to get me to there yard,
and treated very grumpy and rudly by driver when he finally returned to yard

Stranded without support at midnight - nobody was answering any of the provided numbers. Was unfairly and angrily told I had not called the right number. This service is not worth it.

Poor website design meant that no emergency contact was visible beneath the relevant time slot.

Terriable.We waited 1 hour to be picked up. The bus was too full. The driver did not help me with our bags.. a 78 yr old and a 86 yr old. On getting my car the radio was loud and seat back. Absolutely unacceptable.

I used this company for a 4 day park while going to Melbourne.
Upon our return at 1PM midnight we could not get hold of anyone at the company to collect us. No back up contact number. So we were left unable to drive back home to Orewa. Had to take a taxi past the depot but there was no one to give us the key to my car. Had to spent the night in Auckland. Had great apologies from the owner afterwards who agreed to at least repay us the taxi fare and then reneged on this. This attitude is obviously a clear sign of their view of customer service.
Reading other customers reviews show that we were not the only ones treated that way. This company should be told to close.

The van taking us to the airport was broken so luggage was in with the passengers instead of in the boot. They failed to collect us from the airport on our return so we had to take a taxi to the depot. There was no one at the depot to give us back our car. As others arrived the police were called who managed to track down the owner. Three hours of delays later we got our car back.

The only good feedback I have is for the driver Anthony. Really lovely man who was professional and chatty. Rest of the company no good. Owner Jack was rude on a couple occassions and administrator has no customer skills whatsoever. Ned to look at professional development for owner and receptionist. I'd use this place as a very last resort.

We have used Flypark twice. The 1st time they were ok. A bit slow to pick us up from the airport on return. The 2nd time and the last time we will ever use this company was last week. Had booked and paid for the car to be parked undercover. We rang from the airport after exiting customs. It took 40 mins for shuttle to arrive. Only one out of five of us could fit in the van, so I went and was going to collect the car and come back to pick up the others. When we got to Flypark they couldn't find my car. I was told to look for my keys and look around the car park. It clearly wasn't parked undercover, and wasn't even in the yard. It was dark and raining. The man working then said he had to go and pick up more customers, and told me to keep looking. Found the car an hour and a half later at another storage facility. Have had no response from emailing Flypark (Jack Penny). Please avoid using this business. It is poorly run. 'Fair go'need to get involved.

I booked with Flypark last week and received a confirmation however, this didn't state the price that I would be paying. When booking, it said that the price would be confirmed. I emailed through to the team and received a response from Jack Penny who refused to tell me the price over several emails. This wasted my time and energy and have since booked with Park n Fly. It shows incompetence and arrogance that he couldn't tell me something so simple. Can't imagine what the service is like in person. Do not recommend.
