I bought some products and they took a long time to arrive; they only shipped them after I asked, and two of the items sent were from a different brand than the one I ordered.

About as dodgy as they come
About as dodgy as they come. Emails are rejected. Telephone njumber given is 'that number not recognised'. They use DX - the worst delivery compoany in the world - so when DX do their usual thing of dumping the parcel anywhere but where they are supposed to, after contacting DX to complain, DX say go back to who sold it to you. Floormart! See the first couple of sentences.

Thank you for your review.
We are sorry to hear about your experience and would like the opportunity to look into this properly.
We haven’t experienced any issues with our phone lines or email system, so we’re keen to understand what may have gone wrong with your order. Please contact us at sales@floormart.co.uk
with your order details and, if possible, the telephone number you attempted to call , so we can investigate this fully.
We do appreciate your comments regarding DX. While we work with a number of couriers, we understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and we’re always reviewing courier performance to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
If you are happy to get in touch, we’d be more than happy to help resolve this for you.
