Good value for money product.

Amazing service, top quality and fast delivery
Thank you very much
Definitely will recommend this company 💯

Would definitely recommend this company. Easy to use website. Great variety of flooring. I got the atlas natural oak laminate floor and it looks incredible and was super easy to fit. Very happy.

Great price, great communication and quick delivery. Floor looks excellent.

Outstanding quality flooring at a fantastic price. It looks incredible once down, went together like a dream, and feels extremely durable underfoot. Spot-on customer service and fast delivery as well. Couldn't ask for better—highly recommend!

Overall i am very happy with everything. I ordered 5.2mm SPC flooring and it was easy to cut and laydown. We did have some damaged planks on the first order, but upon following the correct damaged goods policy, they sent me out replacement ones, which i received within 3 days of submitting the form! Don't even think twice, just get your project done, and don't look back. Thank you floor depot for everything. Delivery service great, order easy, quality outstanding 👌🏻

Ordered from here before & no problems with great product & service. Have since placed another order & all good so far👍

Nice flooring

I ordered our flooring online. Very pleased with the flooring. And i was contacted every step of the journey to actual delivery.
Only snag was the delivery guys refusal to help bring 16 packs of flooring to the door which meant my husband and son had to carry 16 packs up steps to house, which were heavy and bulky; which they were not too happy about.
Other than that, all good. Flooring is really nice.

Very pleased with the customer service very good flooring all around amzing and will be recommending to others

Good communication, fast delivery, excellent price, quality flooring. I couldn't ask for more, would recommend.

Seriously never ever write reviews but the service I received from this company was unbelievable . So straightforward to order confirmation message came through straight away. Delivery in 3 days and the flooring I ordered was such good quality for the price would definitely recommend and a million percent would order again so refreshing to deal with a good company

I ordered SPC flooring 4 packs, when I received the packs off of the truck the packaging was intact showing no signs of damage, I took the packs into the property to acclimate before laying. Now this is what anyone purchasing should be aware of as they state that claims must be made within 48 hrs, however if you inspect and follow the guidance for laying 48 hrs will have passed and they will reject the claim. 2 packs had the same identical break in the corners rendering them useless. Now in practical terms it would be very unusual to remove and inspect every plank on arrival, its normal practice to use the boxes as you need them to prevent any damage. I have purchased another 2 packs as I need to complete the area asap. When I emailed their customer service 2 times, if I could, at the very least get a discount they completely ignored my emails. Now read their notice!
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is visibly damaged, mark "DAMAGED GOODS" on the delivery note and tell us within 48 hours (with photos). You can report damage any time via our online damages portal.
I did inspect and boxes were intact as per images sent to floor depot Very poor customer service! After having to pay for 2 more packs and £80 for delivery again I got an email from Chloe at floor depot saying I could get a discount on the delivery, I replied that I had ordered already and received no reply appalling customer service

Great service from start to finish
Excellent communication and delivery

customer service from everyone at floor depot was great, the after care is immaculate too.

Delivery was fast and professional and easy to arrange with the company

First time I have used this company and cant fault them, after a lot of shopping around to find spc flooring at a competitive price and of reasonable quality and simplicity of installation, I picked a light oak floor at a really good price and although sceptical when I didn’t see it prior to ordering I was well impressed with the quality and ease of installation , will definitely shop with you again

Absolutely brilliant company kept well informed and real good quality flooring highly recommend to everyone

Ordered a large amount of flooring to do a full house renovation. Quick pallet delivery, very good price, free underlay, good quality flooring, not hard work to fit. Company had good communication and customer services.

Great company. Bought some lovely flooring at a great sale price (yet to receive or lay) so can’t comment yet. However, this company gets top marks for their quick responses and communication.

Honestly if you don't buy your floors here your really missing out . Quality is very very good and the price is in line with day to day living very affordable very durable very reliable. Buy buy buy
