Fantastic recent experience from Vass and his colleague from initial contact to the finished job! He visited extremely promptly to give a quote and the work was carried out soon after. Our very scratched hall parquet flooring -90 years old- was simply transformed in just a few hours. The work was carried out super-efficiently and was stress-free for us, with clear communication, absolutely no dust or mess whatsoever and the 3 coats of very low-odour varnish dried quickly. We have no hesitation in recommending Vass and his team to you.

Vass and his team were great to deal with. Friendly and professional. We had white oak flooring in the hallway which was engrained with dirt from many years of use and a pine floor in in the dining room that was scrached and needed a lot of tlc. The finished floors look wonderful! Vass took great care to ensure the floor stains were exactly what we wanted. Communiction was great throughout and costs very reasonable. Would definitely use again. Great job.

The whole ground floor of our house has oak flooring which wasn't treated in 25 years. My husband did his research and reading reviews decided to contact Vas from Floor Renovations. He responded immediately and came and gave us a good price for sanding and finishing.
The job took 3 days each day divided for a room, he and his colleague was prompt, efficient and clearly knew how to tackle the rooms as they were filled with furniture and his cutomer service was excellent. Now the floors look like brand new. We would highly recommend him.

Vass contacted me promptly to discuss my project. The work was agreed including replacing part of a broken board. Vass and his team have done a great job and the floor looks amazing. I've booked him for my next room reno.

David visited our flat and quoted shortly afterwards for sanding our main room and hall floor and applying four coats of matt varnish. The quote was competetive. The work was carried out over two days by David and Claire who contacted us a week before to check we were ready. They arrived on time at 8.00 am and worked mainly on sanding the floor on the first day. There was little or no dust. The second day they carried out the varnishing and the following day helped us put some furniture back. David's communication with us was excellent throughout. We were very please with the final result and would both use them again and recommend them to anybody needing their wooden floor restored.

Vass promptly visited to provide a quote and to fix the date for the work. Our dining room floor which was scratched and sun darkened was sanded down and had 3 coats of clear varnish applied. The result is a lovely light wood floor that looks like new. There was no mess involved and Vass and his colleague are such lovely people. We are so glad that we chose Floor Renovations and thoroughly recommend them.

This company is fantastic

I was introduced to Vass via my cousin as he did a wonderful job for her many years ago sanding her wooden floor and her floor still looks great! . I have recently completed the renovations on my house and Vass advised me last year when he came to provide a quote to call him when I had finished both the internal and external work. I am very glad I listened to his advice. He managed to come to sand and varnish my open plan living room area at a date that was convenient. My wooden floor was in a terrible state with gaps and awful scratches. Bass and his colleague completed the job in 2 days. They were polite professional and extremely respectful. They have left my floor looking as though it is brand new- I had it laid approx 20 years ago and it definitely needed care and attention following years of family/ children & grandchildren and general wear & tear! I would definitely recommend Vass as he has done an excellent job and I am extremely pleased.

Vass and his team did a lovely job on our wooden floor. All the dents and scratches have gone and the floor now looks brand new. They worked professionally and fitted in with our schedule. Wouldnt hestitate to recommend.

It's a family run business. Vass called me and we talked over the job, then he visited and gave a very reasonable quotation. Booked work for next available slot which was a couple of weeks from quotation visit.

Vass and his colleague carried out the sanding and finishing of my old and stained parquet floor. The work from start to finish was excellent and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again on other floors when required.

Vass and his colleague spent 4 days restoring the original floorboards in my Victorian flat. It was a very challenging job as the boards weren't in great condition, they had to replace some and cover over a hearth gap with reclaimed boards, and a leak was discovered under the floor. The job they did on the floor is nothing short of miraculous - the transformation is incredible, the work is of a very high quality, and they clearly both take great pride in their craft. They were courteous, tidy, reliable and trustworthy. Would not hesitate to recommend them, or to use their services again.
