I have booked several flights through travel centre and had a 100% experience for every booking . My current lady Julia Brent is exellent , she has organised my trip and keeps me updated on all aspects .
Nothing is to much trouble and would like to thank her for all her support in helping a aged traveler with her ups and downs

I'm very inexperienced with booking flights and Jodie was patient, polite and understanding.
Will definitely be wanting her for any future bookings.

This is the first time We have used Flight Centre in St Albans. The travel consultant was called Julia Brent. With no exception's she has made the holiday planning so easy for us and answered all our queries immediately. Julia Brent is the best travel consultant we have ever had to book our holidays in the last 60 years. Yes we are old but we know when we have had the best to look after our booking.

Super helpful and efficient. Jodie helped me plan a trip to Iceland. She was very patient and efficient, had great knowledge of the location too. She and her colleague stayed later on Saturday evening to help me close my trip! Thank you ladies, very grateful 🙏

From the moment she picked up our enquiry to the moment we went ahead with the booking, Ruth was excellent.

She took on board all of our requests, made suggestions as to alternatives where our initial request wasn't really suitable (due to monsoons) and dealt with everything expertly and proficiently. Any requests we made to change things were dealt with with no problems and we are now looking forward to a dream holiday.

Julia planned an amazing family holiday for us in Costa Rica. She arranged excellent hotels, a reliable hire car, and well-timed flights. We’re fairly independent travellers and organised all our tours ourselves — which is very easy to do in Costa Rica.

I’ll admit I’m not the easiest person to please, so the fact that I’ve already reached out to Julia again to plan our 2026 trip really says it all.
