Chloe was very helpful in booking our flight& hotel to
Singapore and in rectifying the errors in the previous booking. She is very knowledgeable in knowing the system & being patient throughout the process. It was all done to our satisfaction .

Ben has been my contact for Europe and Jamaica flights over a number of years. He has seen me through my mistakes (wrong dates supplied) and rescued me in the friendliest and least expensive way possible. I always feel it’s the best possible service for me personally and he’ll ensure any extras are covered, knowing my needs (eg aisle seats). He is so quick to respond and I feel safe with his advice. A real star.

We had a complicated booking for a Far East trip, Ryan took great care to listen, come up with options and provide us with great choices. Everything was made so seamless for us. We had such a good holiday and it was down to great organisation. Thank you.

I was trying to arrange flights and car hire for two separate family holidays by myself and was getting very frustrated so I called flight centre, who I've used before, and ended up in the very capable hands of Emily Leaver.
She was great and very easy to deal with. I explained roughly what I was looking for and she came back with the perfect itinerary. I will certainly be using them next time I'm trying to book flights.

I am a first time Flight Centre client but will definitely come back for future holidays. Ben Hogan was extremely helpful, he asked lots of questions to ensure he knew what our priorities were. Ben was efficient, he provided a number of good flight options, all at an attractive cost. At no point did I feel under pressure to go ahead with the sale and nothing was too much trouble. We made a few small amendments to the itinerary and this was all dealt with in a very helpful and efficient way. Highly recommend Flight Centre but particularly Ben.

Would never consider using another travel agent as all at Flight Centre are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Emily arranged a very comprehensive itinerary which covered everything you could think of and more..... all accommodation was stop notch, more than we expected, big shout out to all the team for arranging our flights home, given the difficulties with certain routes. We will definitely be using FC again and highly recommend the knowledgeable team in Brighton

Matt has been excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. Gave me trust to book my long haul flights to Australia and gave me a good deal.

Matt was exceptional yesterday in providing me quotes for an alternative flights for departure within 2 days. I was having nightmares with my travel agent and his calmness, patience and kindness was second to none as I was panicking. His behaviour was even more admirable considering it was the end of the day and he knew there was a good chance that my terrible agents would pull through & he would not get the sale. He arranged for a colleague to look after me today in his absence and emailed me a quote. The irony does not escape me that my agents were not cheaper but the flight centre did not come up in my online search.

When booking future flights I will definitely ignore the algorithm and remember the flight centre - we all need human voices and experienced hands in a crisis!!!!

Great service from the extremely helpful Emily. She found us a much better deal to the same resort than we could find. Our trip to Thailand is now planned door to door - flights transfers and hotels. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Matt Batchelor & Flight Centre: stars! Airline cancelled night before my flight a few weeks back and he and Flight Centre worked hard over night & first thing to sort a new flight out, same package, same day. A* Service in my view, thank you Matt and FC.

A huge thank you to Ben and all the staff at Flight Centre Brighton. I was recently in Australia, flights booked through flight centre. I was due to fly back home early March with Qatar airways, obviously this wasn't going to happen, I contacted flight centre Brighton in UK, spoke with Ben who was amazing, managed to book me on another flight with a different airline, he was so helpful, patient and professional. Any staff I have dealt with i.e. Emily, Chloe, and others, have always been helpful, and listen to what you are looking for. Definitely would recommend them.

This was the only place to help me to get back home from Australia to UK. And the only HUMAN BEING, to actually talk to you and not AI or text. Used this company and lovely lady Nicola in the past to book a flight. So thought of her and emailed her.. she actually emailed me more or less straight away to offer me help to get me home after getting cancelled flights over and over. She went out of her way and beyond to help me get back home with whats going on. She knows am nearodivergent and struggle with stuff . Even on her day off I believe, she emailed me back because I was desperate and she new it. She said " let's get you home. "
She still helps me if i ask about the refund from the airline. She goes above and beyond and is a credit to her company. I cannot Thank this lovely lady enough.

The chaps who dealt with us was very friendly, helpful and did not rush us into a decision. He explained everything clearly and was willing to go over it again if we did not understand what was going on.

Was very worried about booking flights to Australia with the trouble in the middle east. Chloe was extremely helpful. She managed to get us excellent flights. I am sure I was not an easy customer for her but nothing was to much trouble.

This is a big thank you to both of you for making our holiday so enjoyable as is was six flights six hotels and four transfers on the entire trip.
The Holiday finished with four nights in Doha this lasted 15 days due to the war. Both of you were there there to assist us with emails with whatever problems we had.
Now we are homeless cannot recommend you enough, anyone wishing to book a great holiday should contact you in the knowledge that the Flight Centre not only organises your trip but there all the way.
We will be definitely be booking again with them.
