Flat Pack Kitchens Anmeldelser

Excellent efficient service. Good choice of products , good quality exactly what I wanted. Delivered on the date promised, well happy, would definitely recommend.

These flat packed kitchen cabinets arrived on time and went together very easily. There wasn't one piece missing or broken and I'm really please with the finish, they have the look of much more expensive units.

I am very happy with the quality of their cabinets. Customer service is excellent and easily accessible via phone and email. They are prompt in their reply and sorting out your issues. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Excellent service .

Ease of ordering and great product

I have placed an order with, and received my order from, Flat Pack Kitchens and whilst overall performance, service levels and quality of product are acceptable for product at this price point, there have been issues, the most notable of which is displaying items on their website which are apparently not available from the supplier.

I order two glazed wall units only to be told they weren't available. I replaced these with standard wall unit carcasses and will source doors elsewhere. This will increase the budget by around 15-20%, which has really annoyed me.

If these units are unavailable, why then are these items still shown as being available on the company's website? Taking money from people for items you can't provide isn't acceptable, notwithstanding the fact that people can't plan or design properly from your listings if not all the products shown are available.

I would urge anyone looking to buy from Flat Pack Kitchens to check beforehand that all the units they plan to order are available. They will take your money despite the products not being available, so forewarned is forearmed.

Easy to use website, found what I needed and easy to build an order. Prices a little high for self assembly but ok. Quality is not the best, but the final assembly is still very acceptable for the price (recommend glue and a decent square or measure diagonals). Good instructions. The door hinges are particularly nice to work with. The best bit is that it was delivered exactly as stated, in four days. I would prefer fully recyclable packaging i.e. no polystyrene but I'm being picky now.

Plus.
Delivery was on time.
Minuses
Two pairs of hinges were absent.
Two unordered 700mm base units were delivered....I ordered two units and received four.

Truly great product and excellent customer service, cannot fault either. Very happy with the choice.

Pleasant, prompt and packaged well. Just what I was after.

Did not receive my order as stated on website. In fact, had to wait a lot longer than expected.
Received white kitchen units were covered with smudge of machine oil.

Asked to add to my order but said delivery ready to go. This is with over 10 days before delivery. Both deliverys came in same day at the same time. I had to pay for two deliveries

Easy to use and comprehensive web site. Large range of sizes. Excellent and helpful service particularly resolving problems caused by careless delivery handling. Staff keep their promises. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service and especially when I needed to add another unit to my order. Delivery was quicker than anticipated and the base units were quick and easy to put together.

Great service and quality would always use again!

Great products, great service and great value.

The units and fittings are strong well made and look good, what more could you want.

Ordered two cabinets/3 doors/3 handles. One cabinet was perfect. The other was a joke - every panel was damaged in some way. I'm sure this was a mistake by the supplier as the damage on each panel was different, not like it had been dropped. They quickly ordered a replacement but I had to put back my kitchen upgrade by a week (tradesmen don't like being cancelled!). Also, the door handles did not arrive with the cabinets. When they did arrive, the screws were too short to go through the doors (which is annoying because they supplied the doors and the handles) - now waiting for longer screws to arrive in post. Quality of goods is fine, I'm dropping 2 stars because of the problems which were avoidable and caused undue wasted time and hassle.

Professional from start to finish! Highly recommended. Kitchen delivered on time by very helpful delivery crew. Items superbly packed, full item list, all there too. Very simple to assemble, very sturdy, definitely not cheaply made but quality throughout. If you're doing a kitchen yourself then use these guys you'll not look back. Thanks guys.

I ordered a wall mounted boiler cupboard with a j pull gloss door from this company and was delighted with the product. The only issue was the delivery which was not on the day expected , the communications from Katie were first class and she chased the couriers to get a new day for delivery. I would have no hesitation in ordering more from this company , keep up the good work.

Very impressed with the quick delivery. Sample doors came well packaged and the quality looks good. We will be placing an order for our full kitchen replacement soon.

Fast delivery of a quality product so in all more than happy.
Easy to assemble without tools.
Just a note though the joints are so well fitting do not overfill the joint with glue as in comes out under pressure when assembled. Not a complaint only an observation.
