Thank you, Dan, for taking the time to leave us a 5* review. It is very much appreciated. We are pleased to learn you were happy with the quality of the products received. If there is anything else we can help with, please do let us know.
not so good as it seems and no spare parts available
as kitchen fitter please beware that not all the cabinets click together as easy as it is said, the larger cabinets especially and clamps and glue plus screws have had to be used . (photos available)
Also if any parts are damaged after installation no spares are available and a whole new cabinet no matter the cost has to be ordered
another major problem i have discover that you need extra shelves after installation you cannot buy any
they simply do not do them and if you want some more its either make them yourself (easier in white than other colours ) or again buy a whole new cabinet just to get the extra shelves

Hello David, thank you for leaving us a review.
We're sorry that you had an issue with some of the units you purchased from us.
To confirm, you definitely shouldn't need any screws for installation, if they are assembled correctly, although you can add glue for additional strength if preferred.
They have been FIRA certified to this effect, but we would be happy to run through any installation issues, if you would like to get in touch.
Regarding the shelving, the products should come with the correct number of shelves on delivery (one for base units, two for wall units) but again, we would be happy to run through any issues you did have if you would like to get in touch.

Excellent customer service when I made a couple of ordering errors. Katie was very courteous and helpful, advising what I needed to do and helping sort out replacement product and returns.
Quality of kitchen units is great and overall finish and sturdiness is up there with the best….for a lot less. Highly recommend.

5* service and product to match
Had decided to order from here after issues with Wickes and It was the best decision we made. Firstly email responses were prompt, friendly but informative and professional every time.
I needed a slight adjustment to the delivery which was sorted out within 30 mins of emailing them.
Order process was straight forward with an email the day before giving dispatch info etc.
Day of delivery DX driver was just as good by splitting the pallet for us to allow us to check the boxes individually and then took the pallet away which saved us from having the worry of trying to dispose of it.
quality is far superior than items brought for twice as much.
It is rare that a company can deliver on every aspect from start to finish at such a high level whilst also being reasonably priced.
Definitely recommended 100%

Finally somewhere to buy just cabinets
Finally, a site where you can just buy the bits you need, in my case 2 cabinets without doors. The right size, easy to select, and the click build is really simple, literally took 5 minutes including reading the instructions. Delivery was quick, prices were good, that's all you need from a supplier.

good quality and easy to assemble
The cabinets are good quality and easy to assemble. One of the shelf fixings was too loose to stay in. It would have been better if screws were provided for the legs as they were easily dislodged when moving the cupboard into place. The company confirmed despatch and the delivery arrived on time.

Hello Katie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a 4 star review. We are sorry to learn that the legs arrived without the screws. These should have been included in a pack, with plinth clips and other fixings. Please contact our customer service team, if you would like us to send you some replacement screws for the legs and we can arrange that for you. If there is anything else we can do to help, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Great Customer Service received, very happy!
I had an issue with a late delivery due to the courier (not an issue with the company dispatching my item which was on time). I gave Flat Pack Kitchens one call and they quickly chased everything up and called me back within 10 minutes. Issue solved!!.
The item was exactly what I wanted and 1 was really pleased with the polite, prompt and professional customer service I received.
Thank you Olivia!!

All OK
Ordering was straightforward and the couple of queries I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Delivery was quick and exactly as promised and the unit is as described.
The only problem I have is that it's a bit wobbly on its legs: this wouldn't be a problem if fitted into a range of units (which it's designed for) but as we're using it as a 'stand alone' cupboard I'll have to find some way of steadying it.
Apart from that, it seems sturdy and well made.
Happy with my purchase!
