This was my first group travel experience and it completely surpassed my expectations. We had an unexpected start due to bad weather conditions in the Philippines but it was handled incredibly well. Rupert did an amazing job to swiftly make alternative arrangements and handled the situation extremely professionally. The trip was packed with so many special memories and I can't wait to do another. A special shout out to Rupert's team - 'the Bert's', Brian, our guide in the cave in Bohol and many others. The entire team made such we had an unforgettable experience

I just came back from the Costa Rica Wildlife & Beach Beauty Flash Pack trip, and it was honestly one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. It rained a lot, but our group made the absolute best of it — and it somehow made everything even more memorable. We witnessed things I never thought I’d see in my life, like watching a green turtle give birth right in front of us. The adventure activities were incredible too: the ziplines were an added bonus, and riding a bike across the rainforest felt absolutely insane in the best way.

What truly made the trip special were the people. Friendships were formed with amazing travelers from all over the world, and our Pack Leader Allen was at the heart of it. He was always smiling, always present, and always creating space for long, meaningful conversations. Every dinner was filled with laughter, great stories, and a sense of connection that made the whole experience feel really special.

Rain or shine, this trip was worth every moment — and Flash Pack is lucky to have someone like Allen leading the way.

I recently returned from an unforgettable trip through Vietnam and Cambodia, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The entire experience was beautifully organised, full of vibrant culture, breathtaking scenery, and unforgettable moments but what truly made the journey exceptional were our tour leaders, Hai and Bo.
Hai & Bo were incredible from start to finish. Their knowledge of the history, traditions, and hidden gems of both countries added so much depth to every stop. They were always warm, patient, and ready with a smile, making sure everyone felt included and comfortable. Their passion for their homelands shone through in everything they did, and their attention to detail ensured the trip ran smoothly.
From exploring bustling cities and ancient temples to sampling delicious local food and travelling through peaceful countryside, every day felt special. I left with wonderful memories, new friendships, and a much deeper appreciation for Vietnam and Cambodia.
If you're considering this tour, do it and if you’re lucky enough to have Hai & Bo as your guides, you’re guaranteed an amazing adventure.

The "Untamed Costa Rica" trip completely surpassed my expectations. I felt immersed in the culture with wonderful food and incredible adventures. This trip was action packed and made for adventurers, and provided countless opportunities for group bonding. The places we stayed were designed to make you appreciate the beauty of Costa Rica, from the rain forest to the coast. Our guide Edwin was simply the best. His passion and knowledge for Costa Rican values, history, culture, and wildlife were abundant and very contagious. He made sure we were very well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we got to the airport after our final farewells. This trip is an absolute must!

I did the Costa Rica wildlife and beach beauty flash pack and I had an amazing time!! First of all Allan is the best tour guide ever!!! He is so kind and has so much passion for his country. It was truly a gift meeting him. All the excursions were so fun. I loved hiking to waterfalls and seeing wildlife in Manuel Antonio park. Highly recommended and flashpack should give Allan a huge bonus for being so awesome!!! Book this trip!!!!

Went to Vietnam and had the best time. Everything was so well organised . . . Perfect time management, so many experiences off the beaten track. A wide variety of experiences throughout the trip. I felt safe and truly cared for. Our guide Hai Le was the best. Honestly, he made the experience just spot on. His adapting to us group of ladies, being on hand to translate, his historical knowledge on the longer journeys was just brilliant. A genuinely lovely person and good company for our evening meals too. If I were to venture out there again, I would definitely book Hai as a tour guide. He was fantastic!

I took the Southern Italy Trip with Flash Pack.
Our guide, Elo, was amazing. The trip was amazing, the people I traveled with were amazing. I got to see things I don't think I would ever have found on my own. I wanted to just show up and only have to worry about what to wear, and Flash Pack definitely delivered. My only criticism is that I wasn't fully prepared for how much the extra optional little excursions were going to add up when transportation was factored in. It would be useful if they would add a little line to the pretrip preparation that those costs can add up, but that's hardly a criticism, they were optional and I didn't have to participate.

The boat tours, restaurants, walking tours, accommodations, everything was great. I can't pick any one thing as my favorite. I was especially impressed with the pacing, as nothing felt hurried as it sometimes can when participating a curated, group experience. I needed a vacation where I could solo travel, but not be alone and not have to plan for everything myself, and Flash Pack delivered, and at what I would consider a very reasonable price for the experience. I will definitely travel using Flash Pack again.

The trip of a lifetime. My first Flash Pack and won't be my last. This was a big financial investment for me and something I saved really hard for, but to say the trip gave me value for money is an understatement - it was worth every penny.

The things we saw, places we visited, people we met, food we ate, hotels we stayed in - all absolutely first class. The attention to detail throughout was also so welcomed - check-in at hotels all done for us, luggage looked after, cold towels, fresh water, bus snacks etc... it was a real treat to be so well cared for - I didn't have to think about a thing.

A particular shout out for Hai, our guide in Vietnam. Protect this man at all costs! He is a gem and a credit to Flash Pack - it would not have been half the trip it was without him. Bo in Cambodia was also great, even throwing in a bonus stop to make rice noodles that was not on the itinerary and ended up being one of my favourite things we did in Cambodia.

Our group was fantastic and I made some great friends I know I will see again - it was so refreshing to spend time with new people with the similar values and zest for life as me. We had loads of fun and belly laughed regularly. That enriched me more than I knew I even needed. I miss our pool-time beer o'clocks!

One thing I will say - not a negative but useful feedback, I think - is that this trip is not for the faint hearted and you need a level of stamina, fitness and a positive mental attitude to really enjoy it. The itinerary is relentless, you are moving almost daily to new places, new hotels, sometimes on 5-6 hours sleep! Top tip is to leave your case 25% empty so that repacking every time you move on isn't a total pain (I wish I knew this beforehand!) Pack less overall - you can do laundry so cheap and you really don't need as many clothes as you think.

I think you could lose Ninh Binh from the itinerary and add a day and a night onto Saigon instead - the Vespa tour was a highlight of the trip but all of us really wanted to explore the city more the following day but we had to move on, such was the nature of the itinerary, which was a shame.

All in all, a 10/10 trip - just book it!

I had an incredible time on the True Egypt tour and am already looking to book a second and third adventure with Flashpack!! I learned so much and it was a once-in-a-lifetime journey through history. I typically travel solo and have never traveled in a group like this before, so was nervous about whether I’d actually enjoy being so scheduled and not having time alone, but I saw SO much more than I ever could have on my own and got to meet wonderful people who share a love for travel.

Faten, our incredible guide, is an absolute diamond! She’s truly amazing!!!! Faten’s knowledge, passion, energy, positivity and joy shine through at every moment. She really felt like one of the group and we all enjoyed spending time and chatting with her. I learned so much from Faten and feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to travel through Egypt with her. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had fun, were comfortable, learned a ton and always knew exactly what was going to happen! Faten really made the whole experience incredible!

Visiting the pyramids was one of the most memorable days of all of my travels!!! I’m really glad that we did that ‘properly’ - visiting all of the different sites and having lots of time at each stop. It didn’t feel like we were just ticking the box.

I thought that the itinerary was great overall. The hotels were all well-suited to the group, every temple felt special and there were very few ‘filler’ activities. I was glad that there was adequate time build in to visit two jewelry stores (plus papyrus, alabaster and general market shops).

A few tips: Abu Simbel was offered as an optional add-on - highly, highly recommend opting in as it was a highlight of the trip - and definitely worth the long drive from Aswan! Despite the packing list, on the trip we were told that women didn't actually need to cover their ankles and elbows - covering shoulders and knees was ok. I was really scared about the hot air ballooning, but it was truly incredible. I felt very secure and safe - the basket doesn’t sway in the way that I expected. If you can, I’d recommend staying for an extra day in Luxor at the end to finally sleep in and decompress after an intense trip and then spend the afternoon at the pool and end the trip with a fancy drink at the Winter Palace.

True Egypt was an incredible adventure that I will remember and talk about forever!

This was my 4th Flashpack trip. I also did Tanzania, Peru, and Colombia, I'll probably do some more. The weather didn't really cooperate with us, but I suppose that can be expected in Patagonia. Mariano, our guide was fantastic. Flashpack has a great itinerary filled will little surprises that make the trip go from good to great.

This was my first group vacation, and it definitely won’t be my last. Flash Pack exceeded my expectations with their thoughtful planning and seamless execution. Every day was packed with meaningful experiences, and the balance between activity and rest was perfect.
Our pack leader, Raka, was the heart of the trip. His deep knowledge of Bali and genuine care for his island and its people made the journey truly special. He’s not just a guide — he’s a connector, bringing communities together and ensuring our travel experience benefited many locals. His flexibility, patience, and warmth made every moment feel personal and authentic.
Highlights:

Top-notch accommodations: Every hotel was exceptional, and the staff made each stay memorable.
Raka’s leadership: He was knowledgeable, patient, caring, and adaptable — especially when our group wanted to shift plans.
Cultural immersion: I learned so much about Balinese culture through Raka’s stories and insights.
Kadek, our driver: Always friendly, impeccably dressed, and incredibly punctual. It felt like he slept in the van just to be early! He even cleaned it every night.
Perfect pacing: We saw a lot of Bali without feeling rushed, and had just the right amount of downtime.
No Bali belly: Thanks to the quality of accommodations and Raka’s food recommendations.
Group chemistry: Our group bonded effortlessly — a bit of luck, but it made the trip even more enjoyable.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Include a map with the itinerary so travelers can visualize the journey ahead of time.
Update the FAQ to mention that Bali’s currency exchange is very particular — only clean, crisp bills are accepted, and larger denominations get better rates.

All in all, I’m already planning my next Flash Pack adventure. Huge thanks to Raka, Kadek, and the entire Flash Pack team for making this trip unforgettable.

My first ever Flashpack after more than 20 trips with another tour company and I’m a convert! I did Bucket List South Africa and everything was just incredible. Roland the tour leader is an absolute star and his love for his country and dedication to the job- ensuring everyone has a great time is a big testament to Flashpack. The hotels, activities - especially the safari - and all inclusions were wonderful. Five 🌟

I’ve just returned from the Secret Vietnam tour with Flash Pack. There were just four travellers in our group and we were accompanied by our pack leader Hai who made our trip exceptional.
The whole experience had been expertly curated, the tours, hotels, food were amazing.
Hai was the perfect guide, he was expertly knowledgable about his country and was clearly proud to share his knowledge with us. Nothing was too much trouble and over the 10 days he made sure that we had the best experience possible.

My first Flashpack trip was to Vietnam and it was amazing. Five stars. The guide was fantastic, the itinerary the perfect mix of everything, the group was so much fun. I came home hungry for my next (and next and next) flashpack trip.

My second trip was to Morocco. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a disaster. The guide was really, really bad. I felt like the whole trip was spent trying to cheer her up, or strategizing who she was least annoyed with so that person could ask a question, or figuring out ways to make her like us. The itinerary was a mess. The food was a mess. It was just really, really bad. The group included several return Flashpack travelers and all gave feedback to Flashpack after the trip, but I don’t think anything came of it. And unfortunately, I think it ended the Flashpack journey for all travelers of that trip.

The most wonderful experience made exceptional by our tour guide Hai. He had so much knowledge and made our trip perfect! His enthusiasm and knowledge was incredible. Absolutely loved Vietnam, my first time on such a big adventure and felt so safe and cared for by Hai. Nothing was too much and he really cared for us and called us his family! There were only 4 in our group which was amazing! Hai went the extra mile ensuring the travellers got home safe and even came out in the night to remove a gecko from a fellow travellers room!
He has a great sense of humour too and I've no doubt this trip wouldn't have been so memorable without Hai! Thank you especially Hai!
It was a full on adventure but we saw so much more than I anticipated and I wouldn't change a thing!

I was able to experience things I would never have been able to do without our amazing guide Hai Le. He was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, passionate about his country and patient with our group. He definitely went above and beyond what I expected. Without hesitation I would book another trip with Hai, he is the best.

My recent Flash Pack adventure in Chile was absolutely incredible — truly one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Our guide, Francisco, was everything and more. He’s an absolute light in this world — knowledgeable, kind, patient, and so full of positive energy. Flash Pack is incredibly lucky to have him, and I genuinely believe the trip wouldn’t have been nearly as magical without his presence and guidance.

From the bustling streets and rich history of Santiago, to the vibrant art and charm of Valparaíso (the setting of one of my favorite movies!), every stop along the journey felt special. Whitewater rafting in the Lakes Region was pure joy — equal parts hilarious and exhilarating — and Patagonia was simply breathtaking. Horseback riding there felt like a dream, and the hike to Mirador Base de Torres was one of the most challenging yet rewarding things I’ve ever done.

This trip changed me in ways I didn’t expect — I left Chile with new friends, incredible memories, and a renewed appreciation for adventure and nature. I’ll be forever grateful to Flash Pack for creating such a thoughtfully curated experience, and to Francisco for being the heart of it all.

My first flashback trip was to Greece. It was an amazing, unique experience. It was nice having the tours, rides, & details taken care of so I could relax & enjoy myself. It was fun meeting other travelers from all over & forming new friendships.
The places we stayed were cute, comfortable, clean, & each had very kind & attentive staff. Our pack leader Estel was wonderful. She is so knowledgeable, organized, & friendly. Estel led our group activities well, also making them enjoyable. She always offered great places to eat & check out. I would definitely do another Flashpack trip & highly recommend it to anyone wanting a more stress free trip!

My Japan and Korea trips with Flashpack were incredible. The mix of activities, downtime, rest time and moving to different cities was the perfect combo for me. The people I’ve met were amazing and the tour guides were knowledgeable, warm, kind and so trustworthy. Highly recommend taking a Flashpack trip!!

I did two Flash Pack trips back-to-back in September/early October, "Bali Immersion" and "Vietnam & Cambodia". I had an incredible time on both trips, and met many new friends who I sincerely hope to keep in touch with.

Our leader Shandy in Bali was a wonderful, extremely friendly, funny and easygoing person. He brought such great vibes to our trip and made sure we all had an amazing time. He was really on top of dietary requirements (we had 2 vegans and myself who is a vegetarian) and I don't think we had a bad meal the entire trip. Shandy was so easy to talk to, and also extremely knowledgeable about Bali and willing to share his wealth of knowledge about the culture and customs with us. He provided a really valuable and interesting perspective on his life as a local versus our experience as tourists, something I wouldn't have gotten if I had traveled on my own. Our driver Sila was also fantastic. He kept our minibus extremely clean every day, despite the fact that we had a lot of muddy treks given the rainy weather. Overall, the Bali Immersion itinerary was a bit too relaxed for me, as I would have preferred a few more activities versus such an abundance of resort time, but it was true to the advertised itinerary, the hotels were beautiful and almost all the meals were included and were amazing.

Vietnam was my favorite of my Flash Pack experiences overall. This was largely due to our amazing leader Hai. His deep experience and commitment to providing his guests with the best possible experience really showed, and our trip would not have been the same without him. Hai was tracking the weather and switched our itinerary around to make sure we would not miss out on our Ha Long Bay boat cruise due to an incoming typhoon. If he hadn't had the foresight to reschedule it to earlier in the trip, we would not been able to have this amazing experience which was a highlight for me. The rest of our tour, we were basically driving away from the rainy weather, so felt like we really lucked out due to Hai's planning. The pace of the itinerary was slightly exhausting--Vietnam has so much to see and do! I do wish we could have had slightly more time in Saigon as we only had a couple hour vespa tour to see the city. But Hai kept us entertained, excited, and energized with a never ending supply of yummy snacks and interesting and knowledgeable commentary as we drove around. He was also great with dietary requirements and when necessary made special arrangements for me and one other vegetarian, including picking up food for us separately so that we could still eat on our food walking tour. We ate so well--I cannot think of a single meal where there was not an abundance of food! Hai's friendliness, happy attitude in the face of challenges, and commitment to taking excellent care of us, his "family" really made my time in Vietnam, a truly incredible country in its own right, even more amazing.

Cambodia is an incredible country as well, and we stayed in amazing hotels, but the itinerary to me wasn't as strong as in Vietnam. Our visit to the killing fiends and Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Pnom Penh were very meaningful and powerful, and we had a fantastic guide for the day who shared his very moving and emotional personal story with us, which I will never forget. However, I would have skipped the tour of the Western-owned and operated gin distillery in favor of something actually Cambodian. I also would have appreciated seeing a larger number of temples in Siem Reap. We went together to some of the most impressive but also most heavily visited temples, but it would have been cool to see some more that were slightly off the beaten path. Unfortunately, the day of our "sunrise" visit to Angkor Wat did not really have a sunrise as it was extremely cloudy. However, the temples at Angkor were still a huge highlight to me as they were one of the main reasons I chose this tour. Our guide Nak was very fun, friendly and was great when some noisy kids in the room above threatened a sleepless night, offering to work with the hotel to change our rooms. He also provided us with a never-ending supply of water and beer on the bus, which our group really appreciated! I think Nak had the hardest job with the last several days of our extremely action-packed two week tour, since I know I was pretty exhausted by the time we got to Cambodia, but I felt that he cared and he wanted to make sure we had fun and were well-taken care of for the end of our trip.

Some nit picks, but overall, an unforgettable 3+ weeks traveling with Flash Pack.
