Fantastic service for start to finish
We're very respectful of my home, covering floor and door so as not to damage anything. Set up room as requested and took all packaging away. Very polite. Furniture is beautiful and service is perfect. Will definitely use fishpools again.

First class service
My delivery of two large sofa’s was first class in every way. Somehow they carefully managed to get them in despite restricted space . The two very experienced guys were so helpful throughout . This is why we continue to buy from Fishpools , their service and staff are just excellent 👏

It’s been a while since we last visited…
It’s been a while since we last visited Fishpools, and the layout was a bit different, but still looked really impressive, with plenty of room to move around, and an extensive choice on display. We are pleased to report that the usual warm welcome, and staff professionalism hasn’t changed. Adrian was really helpful, answered all our queries, and gave us plenty of time to make our choices. A all round excellent service, we would recommend them to anyone.

First time buying from Fishpools
First time buying from Fishpools. Delivered a bed and headboard this morning. Nice and early. Went very smoothly. Delivery guys were polite and friendly. We mentioned a new carpet was laid, immediately one took boots off, the over covered their boots. They asked us to double check where the bed was to go and if all was satisfactory before leaving. Very happy with the service today and looking forward to our next delivery of a sofa.

Poor quality and delivery
Extremely disappointing experience with Fishpools, particularly their so-called “white glove” delivery service.
I ordered a coffee table which, upon arrival, had an unpleasant, cheap plastic smell and looked far less premium than expected. The concrete-effect finish had hard, sharp edges, so I decided to return it, at a combined delivery and return cost of nearly £200.
Having recently invested thousands of pounds in new flooring, I took the precaution of laying a thin protective plastic sheet on the floor before collection. I expected the delivery team to use proper floor protection, as they had done during the original delivery. Unfortunately, they made no such effort and placed the heavy table, with its sharp edges, directly onto the thin sheet, scratching my new flooring when they lifted it.
I raised a formal complaint with Fishpools, explaining what had happened and the damage caused. Disappointingly, they appeared to accept only their delivery team's version of events, dismissing my concerns rather than properly investigating them.
For a retailer positioning itself as a premium furniture supplier and charging substantial delivery and collection fees, I expected considerably better care, professionalism and customer service.
I would certainly never order from Fishpools again and would strongly advise others to be cautious, particularly if they have expensive flooring or expect a genuine white glove service.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding the collection. Our delivery team have confirmed that the table was lifted and carried out of your property in one piece, rather than being dragged across the floor. It was only placed down once outside, on the concrete, to allow the team to adjust their grip before loading it onto the vehicle.
We also understand that you had already covered your flooring with a protective plastic sheet before the team arrived. Unfortunately, this meant they were unable to inspect or establish the condition of the flooring beneath it prior to collection.
