Not only do we guarantee our washing machine repairs for a full 12-months but if another fault happens on the same machine, we'll come out and fix it for FREE. No Hidden Costs We have a totally transparent pricing policy, which means you'll only pay the callout and diagnostic charge once, even if we have to come back and fit parts at a later date. We also don't charge extra for Saturdays or Sundays - Meaning, the same price 7-days a week.

Water was filling up in washing machine even when off. The problem was detected quickly and resolved. The new valve to be replaced arrived quickly and there was no extra charge for labour for second visit to fit the valve which is much appreciated. Thanks
