Exeptionaly well priced
Exeptionaly well priced , having been recomended by Go Compare . . .got the basics of needing to be insured by law done . . .for someone who doesnt drive a Rolls Royce a million miles a year . . .
And hasnt had to make a claim ,since the X wife had a bump ,nearly 30 years ago . . .
Hopefully we all stay safe . . .and dont have to speak again before renewal next year . . .
And your price remains competative . . .to be awarded my fee for another year . . .

Insured me on a wrong date and wouldn’t change
Used them last year. Had an email with my NCD after my Insurance ended. Renewed,but had to go through confused.com again. Put the date to start on the 3rd of April and it took my to first alternative website to confirm details. Didn’t include the date anywhere. Paid in full and then once they sent the documents it doesn’t start until the 5th. So two days without insurance. They said they couldn’t do anything without cancelling and repurchasing !

FA provided the best price for the best cover and with a 5 star Defacto rating it was an obvious choice. There was no price gouging for the very modest modifications that my car has and the account set up was easy and logical.

I'm not happy with this company as I…
I'm not happy with this company as I missed a direct debit payment and they request a full payment until the end of the policy. Otherwise they will cancel the policy. The price is ok but this think to charge you full amount because a missed payment is a total scam. In this period people facing sometimes small delays because of the inflation and they rob you straight away.
