My Auto renewal was emailed to me which was quite a shock as it was £200 more than last year , went on to a comparison site and renewed with yourselves ( the same company as last year and got it cheaper than last year)

Price is very competitive. There are many hidden costs if you need to change anything about the policy post activation. They are using Esure which I didn't realise when buying so should be more prominent in application.

Easy to set up policy

My motor policy was coming up for auto renewal however my payment card the company had, had expired.

Their system would not allow me to simply upload new payment details - I had to set up a new policy and rekey all information again!

So I went to go compare and started a brand new quote there, ended up staying with First Alternative but got a cheaper price than they were offering my renewal at too!

Easy to move my policy to First Alternative. The process was simple, the policy was pocket friendly and they offered more comprehensive coverage.

I can’t believe that my insurance on an almost identical car, this one is all electric. I tripled what I was paying on a plug in hybrid.
I was paying £375 P.A. And now it’s £1189.
An unbelievable jump considering I’ve never ever made a claim in 50 years. I’m gob smacked.
