No communication, product never arrived! DON'T TRUST

Terrible! Please do not buy from this site. I ordered a gift for my sons birthday in June. Payment went through but still not received the goods. He does not reply to emails, the telephone number does not exist. I have no idea how he is allowed to remain in business.

I ordered clothing to the value of £41.97 from Firestorm Kit on 30th November 2020. The payment went out of my Bank the same day. As yet I have not received this order. I have posted three messages on the "Contact Us" board on their Website. I followed this up with emails. All these communications have gone unanswered. When you telephone the number on their website you get the message "You have dialled an incorrect number. Please check the number and try again. I too would give them no stars if I could.

Now 3 months later Firestorm Kit choose to get in touch with me not by answering emails but by requesting information via Trustpilot. I gave them my full name, email address, and phone number. I did not then have the Reference Number but now do. The Order ID is 11962. I have sent this to Firestorm Kit on their Website Contact Us Form but add this to my review for them to see when next they read their reviews.

I bought a Deployment bag. I had an E-Mail telling me payment had been taken, but no confirmation item had been sent, however I E-Mailed asking if it had been dispatched and got a prompt reply with the tracking number.

The bag arrived within a week and is worth more than I paid for it. It is new, solidly built and large enough to take quite a bit of kit.

It has 3 snap buckles and double zip to secure the main compartment. It also has two shoulder straps, so can be used as a rucksack.

Altogether a nice bag at a very, very good price.

Does not even deserve 1 star. Placed an order 5 weeks ago and it is still pending, despite paying the seller immediately. Phone is never answered and emails were only answered once.

Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed. Will wait a couple of weeks more to send me the items or refund me, or else I'm reporting him to the bank.

Update.. i had an email asking for more information about my bad review and wanting a phone number. It was Firestorm Kit apparently..Didnt give it over as i wouldnt trust them with it..
Had to get the bank involved to get my money back..

After ordering from them and the money going instantly from my account ive waited 3 weeks without my order or no updates..
Ive emailed twice and called three times and left messages on a very suspect sounding voice message.
I should have read reviews but went straight in and ordered..
Truly awful service!

Would give 0 if possible. Ordered over a month and a half ago and money immediately taken. No response to emails and no product delivered. Will now be attempting to get my money back and reporting the company as fraudulent. Taking people's money and not delivering goods.

They are untrustworthy... I want to return a jacket anda they don’t reply any of my 10 emails !!!!! Scammers

No working phone number either.

Ordered stuff, money taken from account. No email confirmation, nothing delivered. Contact number invalid.
Reported as fraudulant to bank.

Never ever do buisness here. Seller is a fraud. The only thing that actually is succesfull here, is the money transfer. Nothing else is ok. No invoice, no goods and zero contact. Money is gone and seller is laughing out loud. I should have been reading here before buying from this shop. Ive send 3 emails, and 2 or 3 at the contact on their page. No response at all. Damn this shop.😡.
And funny enough, the shop owner has reprted me for saying the F word.🤣🤣🤣, so now we know hes reading all the post here. But still dosent answer my mails and nwver sends my goods. Thats a bit funny ill say.

So, I didn't research this business prior to purchase. The website looks legit and their presentation is good. Their confirmation email went to my junk box and I only received a completed shortly before an item arrived in the post. I had ordered an MTP Goretex Bivvy bag but received an MTP Bivvy aka basher or tarp. I emailed them to let them know their mistake and was told I'd received what I ordered, despite it definately not being what was on my confirmation email. After hassling them they asked me to send images of what I received and now they don't answer the emails. Tried to call and the phone number is not recognised. The postage paid on the parcel was for a completely different company, when I researched this it was a previously failed buisness; but they are still using it. Avoid them like the plague.

I placed my order nearly a month ago and i have not received and order reference or tracking number and obviously no delivery but have taken the money there phone number on the website does NOT work and as for email i have sent them way to many to find out what's going on and give them a chance to get in contact but still have heard nothing
Trading standards are now involved and if they company do give me a refund my bank said they will sort it

Ordered a pair of Altberg Defenders, happy with what i received although it took a few days to receive the tracking number & hear anything back via email. Overall I am pleased with the service.

A fantastic bag great value and I have had nothing but excellent service from this company.
I know there are some poor reviews about Firestorm kit but the bag I received was exactly as advertised and was shipped one day earlier than expected.

Place an order on web beginning of December online said in stock. Still no order emailed twice no reply phone number not working on there web site. Order still says pending the money gone out of my bank to there’s. they can’t put it on Christmas and new year as orders place early enough. Not a good service , if no reply to day bank stated would take further. Won’t be using again . Which is a shame as stock looked good on web site
