Firestorm Kit 

I wanted to write a positive review here, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. I placed an order and didn't receive a confirmation.

I chased this up with the seller and did receive a response and I believed that the order would be fulfilled.

Unfortunately the contact trail went cold and I had to seek a solution through my Credit Card company.

Finally a refund was issued by Firestorm Kit.

No harm done but a completely pointless exercise and some stress about being out of pocket. The seller is clearly battling with lots of orders, I have no doubt that the shop is real.

I don't believe this is a scam, I just don't think that the shop is able to fulfil orders at this time

AVOID. Ordered on 5 Feb, money taken immediately, no goods received. No replies to emails or via contact form in website. Will be informing my bank to begin refund process.

Do not use this website.
I ordered military boots on 3rd February have never received an acknowledgement.
They took payment immediately but do not respond to any messages on their site.
Phone number does not exist
email does not exist.

Ordered a pair of boots which have not arrived. I have sent emails but have had no response. I am starting to feel this company is a fraudulent I am now speaking to the bank as well as putting up notices ar Battalion advising guys not to use them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered a pair of boots for work, nothing ever arrived. I have sent email after email to the company and never had a response. I then asked for a refund, at which point they replied saying the boots would be sent out next day delivery. This was just a stalling tactic as nothing was received and I never had any further contact. Now having to go though a dispute process. This guy is taking people's money and not sending out any goods. Shameful. Trading standards will be contacted.

No order arrived. ordered on the 8th feb, money taken no issue of goods. Order states pending...
Emailed twice, no response.
I have now raised a claim with my bank after reading these reviews. I wish I’d read them first!
How have they not been shut down from trading online??

I was concerned when I read these reviews, but I didn't realise their situation. The only fault they could correct themselves, would be the contact issues.

It's a small company which have been inundated with orders over lockdown. The other issues are a result of suppliers in Europe, for what ever reason, brexit, being slow or just unable to fulfil orders.

I bought an M7 bayonet for my Galil SAR. It is of great quality and a fraction of the price that most sellers are charging. I am very pleased and hope firestorm kit can sort out their contact issues.

After ordering a new pair of boots with this supplier I really had wished I had read the reviews first. I can honestly agree with everyone who has previously reviewed previously. This company is a complete con and couldn’t express this enough... after 3 weeks of ordering and receiving my confirmation I still haven’t received my order.. bank and trade and standards have been contacted soo fingers crossed I get my refund but abit of advice to anyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will be the only loser here

One of the worst online merchandise in UK.... I order from them a Bushcraft tool 3 weeks ago, they took the payment immediately and that’s it!!!!! I never heard from them ever since!?? and I get NO reply at all to my emails and calling there phone number supplied is fraud ( if you call this number my mobile provider automated machine saying “this number is not excited”) !! I am still waiting for my purchase :( until now..... they don’t deserve even this one star I rate them but that what the review system work, THEY ARE FRAUD AND SCAMMERS AVOID , AVOID , AVOID ... I advice you..... Avoid buying from them or you will end up losing your cash...

Update: FIRESTORM KIT actually managed to have my review removed from this site.

After 4 months of keeping my money with zero contact Firestorm Kit actually refunded my money.

Unfortunately after some research on non delivery of my order I found the reviews on here. I have to verify they are true.. if only I would have saw them beforehand!!! Avoid this ‘seller’ like the plague.

I placed an order for some outdoor gear at start of March. I made payment with my debit card. Money taken on site. This was start of my problems. After checking on the firestorm site the order never updated from pending. After a week I started to worry and emailed ‘seller’ for update. No reply to email. I have since sent 9 emails, all of which have gone unanswered. In frustration I called the telephone number listed on the website but it states ‘number does not exist’. Alarm bells began to ring at this point.

On checking the ‘business’ address it actually corresponds to a residential house. The Firestorm Kit Facebook page no longer exists either.

I have now contacted my bank to initiate a fraudulent transaction procedure to try get my money back. I will now have to contact Action Fraud and Trading Standards as this is a blatant scam!!!!

PLEASE AVIOD..... YOU WILL NOT GET GOODS.... YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN FROM WEBSITE AND THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO YOUR BANK TO GET IT BACK.

When I ordered the item it clearly
stated that it was “ in stock “
But then they told me ( after I had paid for it ) that it wasn’t in stock
And then waffled about difficulties about online sales going nuts
I feel very happy that a British ( I think ) company is doing so well amid the present difficulties
But please answer my emails and deliver the item I paid for as promised !!

I ordered from this company 2 weeks ago no delivery comes weak experience paid the items on full but still says pending I don't know what this company owner thinking or people working there no phone number exist and hope get my money back I will sorted with bank if not delivery comes on few days coming

This review is more of an apology to firestorm kit about an earlier review I wrote regarding an order I had placed
And had not yet received we all live in a society where Amazon and many other companies can deliver an item in a few days and have forgotten that many smaller companies have far less resources to achieve this!with the fact I could not at the time seem to get any answers to my emails through the company site as to why my order was still pending 4 days later and the phone number did not work I wrote a bad review which was unfair but accurate at the time I have since had my order delivered by DHL express next day, a total of only six working days from my order date.My boots are brilliant many thanks firestorm kit (good company)

Made an order on the 25/12/2020 and have yet to receive my order or get a reply to emails.

i have emailed firestormkit about my 2 items and i have had no response,,,,,when i check the order status it is still pending ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,despite paying for the 2 items 5 days ago

Easy ordering and quick delivery. Perfect bag for new army recruit! Lots of pockets for organising his belongings and large enough to take everything he needed to start his training.

Anyone who has paid this company needs to get in contact with there bank straight away.don’t wait...my bank is getting my issue with this company sorted out after only a few days...iv rang then and they checked out trust pilot and seen the evidence that the company is a scam and are also sending details to the authorities as they have had other customers ringing for there cash back....the owner of this site is scum and needs locking up...taking peoples money and especially serving personal cash.... you will be tracked down who ever you are and justice will be served😡
Also this person will try and bully you and print your details on the web....
Having friends in high places will be happy to pay a visit to this person in the back of a police car for breaking the law.

Despite a slow response to my emails, the item I ordered has arrived one month after payment. The item itself is excellent.

Order never turned up, no communication, now having to raise chargeback on my card

Now I have raised a chargeback, they have replied asking who I am.....Nothing beats that feeling of great customer service!!!
