Well what can I say. Exceptional service from start to finish. My first enquiry via email asking about a media wall was answered quickly & with good information. We then visited the showroom where we were met by Harry who was extreme, knowledgeable & polite giving us time to make our decision. But to be honest how great the service was made us decide there & then with the purchase of a media wall. The fitters arrived on time completed the job as stated. They went above & beyond even skimming our old fireplace that I had blocked up. Mo moved a brushed steal socket for me too & even went to screwfix & purchased a matching light switch for the media wall lights. When everything was completed he was not happy with the location of the tv in the wall as the gap at the top was slightly bigger. This actually meant he he’d to move the whole tv bracket up a fraction. He did this so it was spot on & centered. A great job well done on time by a brilliant team. I would strongly recommend this company & fitters. Thanks guys we love it.

From start to finish the whole process was first class. Ensuring everything we required was accommodated in a polite and professional manner even when we changed the design halfway through.
The fitters were a pleasure to have in our home ensuring everything was properly fitted and our home was left spic and span. Their attention to detail was brilliant.

I have recently made an enquiry regarding purchasing a gas fire and possibly a full suite from this company. We just want to say what fantastic service we have received from the first time we visited Gas Centre, Bradford. The time Arron gave us in choosing the right fireplace. He wasn’t pushy just happy to listen and help.

I just want to give a massive thank you to Karl, who’s fitted our Media Wall today he was absolutely brilliant! He worked hard from start to finish, he was so tidy, so polite and nothing was too much trouble for him!

Fantastic service- really happy with our new media wall purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for Harry who fielded every one of my several thousand questions. Mo and the team of installers work incredibly hard and the finished product was immaculate. Tidiest tradesmen who've ever been in. Using sticky dust sheets everywhere the place is actually cleaner than when the job started! Highly recommend.

Great service straight from the off, lots of advice about fire & TV & the fitters were absolutely amazing,went above & beyond, very clean & tidy nothing too much trouble they even fixed my leaking radiator and swapped a plug socket for me of there own accord. Highly recommend

Hi Aaron, just wanted to say that's our media wall all fitted & the plasterers were here today to finish it all off. I'm absolutely delighted with it, everything from start to finish was stress free and the finished article is phenomenal 👏 The workmanship was of such a high standard, Barry & the plasterers arrived when they said they would, got straight to work & tidied up afterwards explaining everything that was done & demonstrating the fire & everything behind the TV. Loads of communication from yourself, from Barry before, during and after the fit, and from Stevie & Fraser for the plasterwork today. I would 100% recommend to others without hesitation.
