A big disappointment
Places an order for a pair of airmax 95 that were on sale, on February 15, 2025. I called customer service three times, and was told via automated service, that my "order is in processing, and I will receive an email when it ships." Here we are, nine days later, and I was told by a rep, that they had to cancel my order literally at that very moment, because they misplaced the order, and now the item is not in inventory. And I'll have to wait 72 hours for my refund. Here's the email I received: "Hi Shaun,
Your order has been canceled. If this cancelation was unexpected or you have other questions for us, please call Customer Care at 1-855-423-1624 or visit our Customer Care portal. If your form of payment was already charged, it will be refunded within the next 7 business days." You guys are sad. Even your in-store employees are no good. Get it together!!!!!

If I can only give -0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of sneakers which was sent to me with two left sides in different sizes. I’ve attempted several times for assistance and explained that I was traveling so time was limited. They basically lied to me about the option of exchanging in stores. They have provided me with a return label and it was inaccurate and dishonest. The store associate explained that they could not exchange as its shows it’s already in process of a return. No knowledge or adaptability for customer inconveniences. The employees are incompetent and the company do not care to satisfy their paying customers. I do not use my time to complain about issues such as this one because I would prefer to use my time wisely but at this point I am out of a shoe and staff both over the phone and in stores seems to have no urgency to get my money back to me. There are limited options to solve a problem caused by staff and no attention to detail. I’m so upset I want to be compensated for all my time and energy used on this useless team.
Worse shoe store ever
Never ever will I order anything or shop at this store again. Been waiting almost 2 months for a refund the store wouldn’t accept and had to ship back to the warehouse. Go to footlocker instead than deal with this business. I have informed multiple friends and family members also about the situation and they all said they are staying clear of them.

Would give zero stars, FINISHLINE as a whole company is a scam. If you ever need a refund from an online order just count that as a lost and file suit with small claims court. All they do is lie.

Wish there was a button for 0 stars. Never again will I order from them. All the CS reps say something different each time you call. They have you sitting on hold for hours. Barely speak. Have no idea what’s going on. They make no sense. Lost my business best advice don’t order from them ! Ever !!

I ordered a pair of Air Jordan Reverse Panda (white & black) size 12 and they sent me a pair of Air Force 1's brown suede. Ugly shoe in my opinion. So I called to get them replaced took about 2 weeks to get the right pair. When I went to wear the shoes I find out they literally sent me both left shoes !!! How f×××in ridiculous is that. So I called again ill give them one more chance to get it right. I highly suggest you dont buy from them online ! Ever!!!! You've been warned!

First I ordered shoes in store on November 26th to be shipped to my house and they arrive wrong shoe wrong size. I call they tell me to return the wrong shoes and they will send me the correct shoes, so I returned the wrong shoes and wait 5ish days. I had received no calls no text no emails so I called customer service and they said that they ran out of stock and gave me a refund and didn't notify me of it at all. I go online and order a new pair cuz I still need a pair of shoes that was December 16th and it is now January 5th and the second shoes are still not here and neither is the refund for the first shoes. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from here.

Order placed online 12/20/2024 for Express delivery on 12/23/2024. Today, 12/26/2024, carrier still has not picked up order for delivery. Chat will not connect to agent and customer service avg time wait for agent on 4 calls has been 25 min. After agent answers, avg time 20 min and still nothing resolved. They obviously didn't not have any idea when my daughter will get her gift. I want to cancel the order and can't even do that because I am being told it is out for delivery when status is still not picked up. This is not good and I will never go in to their stores nor online order again. I would give 0 rating if possible.

Horrible Experience
Horrible Experience. I ordered shoes on December 14th. Shoes sat for a week awaiting pickup. I spoke to someone and they cancelled that order said it got lost and put in a new order. Same thing happened they never shipped. I was told they would be here by Christmas. Called customer care. Lady was vague and gave me an all new tracking number and now those shoes are awaiting a label. Today is the 23rd. Still no shoes. Starting to think I will never get my order.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered shoes December 6th they came in December 12th which fast shipping was nice. They sent me the wrong shoe and the wrong size wrong everything. So I called and they said that they could shop me the correct shoes. I spoke to 3 different representatives and they had never shipped my original shoes and the communication with returning was different from each rep. It is now December 21st and I STILL don't have the correct shoes I ordered. I called to ensure that they would arrive before Christmas and they said that the order is still awaiting a label. I was so upset because the previous rep told me that I would receive my shoes by this week. Completely dissatisfied.

The online store or website is a scam, they will get your information and credit card. My experienced was I already put my credit card information then it said im going to click the review of what I purchase then suddenly showed a message that I have to wait due to the traffic because there was so much transactions. I go back to the information and it's gone.
experience close to a total scam
My return package shipping has been received by their warehouse on Oct 4th. Didn't get my refund after 2 full weeks. Decided to call the customer hotline. The refund experience is close to a scam. Called customer service four times, each time I provided every possible details, my address, email address, phone number, order number, tracking number, date of receipt of return package, zip code, the address of the store where I returned the item, whether the manager swiped my card, did the manager send the item to warehouse A or B etc. etc.. And every time my line got cut off before the customer service rep could confirm that I will receive my refund. Also everyone of them talked like it is somehow my fault that they do not have a record of the return progress (strangely I did receive email from their system confirming the return package shipped, tracking, receipt etc.). Their behavior is so consistent that I am almost 100% sure that they are trained to do this to annoy customer so that customers give up their refund.

Don’t order from Finishline or JD Sports
I will never order from Finishline again. I received my order and only received one shoe in the box. They sent a right shoe. No left shoe. I called customer service and they asked me if I wanted the left shoe also. I said of course because I already paid for it and I have two feet, a right and a left. Customer service contacted the store that shipped my shoe and was told that the store lost the left shoe. If you lose the matching shoe, you do not send one, you cancel the order and refund the customer their money. I was told to take the shoe to my local Finishline but they will accept the return because there is only one shoe. Now I have to jump through hoops to find a Fed Ex store to return the shoe to and hope that they refund my money. Never order from Finishline or JD Sports because they have incompetent employees who only put one shoe into a box.

Will no longer be ordering from finish line again due to them changing their shipping to free shipping on orders over $100. When just last week my order was 60 something and free shipping. Last I checked and since 2020 it's been free shipping on orders over $49.
Also don't care for how their agents ignored my questions and responded to me.

The website inventory is a lie. I have placed an order and have ZERO confidence I will receive it. The order number doesn't work when entered to find the status. Customer service has no idea what is in stock and gives faulty updates about your order. THEN offers a discount on your next order. How can there be a next order if I never got the first one? I am FINISHED.
