Out school had to do the stationery orders during the summer break ready for the new school year. Yvonne, our interim account manager was really helpful and efficient. She ensured our orders were fully correct, arrived in time and at a very good price.

I recently ordered a Gonge Carousel front Findel/Hope education. Knowing that it had to be ordered in from abroad. Carol from Findel's customer service was always friendly reassuring and professional. My order was for my autistic son for Christmas and has come before the date due in January 2023! Amazing thank you.

I had an order query. Phone was answered almost immediately and query dealt with by someone knowledgeable and helpful. Working in a busy office I don't have time to hang on waiting for 20 minutes as I did yesterday with a different company. Well impressed.

I've cancelled an order an still awaiting for a refund since 6th December, that's a lot more than the 3-5 days that they said it will take. I got to the point where I need to raise a dispute with my cc... so much hassle.
Never again.

The two stars are for the nice rep I spoke to on the phone but it didn't get me anywhere really. Two deliveries failled to reach me and I needed the test kit. DPD blamed Findel and Findel blamed DPD. If you can find someone else selling the same item I would suggest going with them and save yourself a headache ...they didn't even offer to try and sort it out in any way other than give me the refund I asked for. Now I'll be waiting another 3-4 days to get what I need from somewhere else.

As a supplier of educational equipment to schools, colleges and Universities, Findel's customer base is most likely relatively large businesses. As an individual I wanted to purchase a small quantity of chemical in a pure form. After a thorough internet search I finally found Findel was one of only three uk based companies who had what I required. Importantly they were willing to accept a small order from an individual. Their accounts team and International Credit Control Analyst were very professional and guided me through the ordering process.
