We had an issue with a weighted whale toy that was dropped in a puddle and subsquently smelled after being washed. Findel were very helpful and proactively offered to replace the item free of charge. Our child will be delighted. Many thanks.

She is a very helpful, patient, cooperative, person.

I set an order, I have a flight tomorrow, the shipment maybe come after I leave to the airport.... and I will use the items in an important exam on 24th of October in my country. And it will be a disaster for us.

I contacted Findel customer service, and its my luck to have Nicola😍

I started telling her all my story and asked her to help me to get my shipment maximum tomorrow morning 22nd October 2024.

I sent many many emails to her, I swear she is very honest, clear, patient, helpful, cooperative and kind. She didn't stop answering and replying my emails, she didn't ignore me and I believe that she did all what she can do to help me, and finally we got a result and the dpd department sent an email with a fixed delivery time by tomorrow 8am to 10:30 am before my flight.

So All Findel company, dpd team, customer service team and specially ((Nicola Dinsdale)) deserves all respect, best wishes, thanks, and so on 🌹.

Any dealings with Emily and Findel have been great - they have dealt with any issues I have had promptly and no questions asked. They offer a fast and efficient service. We are a large primary school and order a lot from Findel and have had very few problems!

Dealt with my query quickly and efficiently

We have an online system with Findel and our local authority. Trying to be ECO efficient I placed a large order - this was delivered on a pallet. Unfortunately school is in middle of a housing scheme and as such a very tight turn through the gates. With the help of a neighbour to the school the driver eventually managed to negotiate this tight fit! Not only did he persevere with entering the school grounds (many don't) but on finding the pallet wouldn't fit through the door he kindly helped me unload approx 40 heavy items! Service from this driver was above and beyond. Many thanks.
