Amazing!! Great experience and communication from start to finish!!
Great experience from start to finish. Everyone we had contact with at Finamply were brilliant, especially Ryan and Lauren! Ryan was always at the end of the phone or an email to answer questions we had and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We had a unique situation which meant there was a year between beginning and ending our process, however, they were just as responsive and professional throughout. Highly recommend their services!

Stress free
What started out as a stressful process before speaking to anyone within Finamply, being assigned to Rachel made all that stress go away after one phone call! I cannot thank Rachel enough with every she has helped me with, nothing was ever a problem, no question was stupid she was always there to help and explained anything I didn’t understand. She was an absolute superstar!
Reece was also amazing and explained everything so nothing was ever unclear.
Lauren as well is amazing keeping updates regularly and always available for questions.

I cannot recommend finamply enough. I had been trying to get a mortgage for quite a long time but was proving very difficult due to the unusual situation I’m in. I was eventually recommended to try finamply. This was the best recommendation ever. Aimee Murray was the lady who assisted me and was able to get me a mortgage offer straight away. This has had such a positive impact on my family’s future and I cannot thank her enough. Aimee is definitely in the right profession and is expert at what she does. I actually think she should be promoted because of how good she is. Thank you Aimee for everything

Started off really well and positive
Started off really well and positive, very reassuring to the point off listed our home and excepted a sale to making an offer on our next property which was expected. Solicitors instructed, surveys done, all going at a good pace, mortgage in principle granted which give us the confidence to proceed then came additional requests for further bank statements and other financial statements, why now at this stage? The mortgage offer was then withdrawn, appreciate our credit position wasn’t the best hence the reason we were directed to these advisors. We were left in very uncomfortable situation off letting people down who thought they had secured our house and the vendor we had to let down, that was the worst part in all this. Not too mention the thousands off pounds we lost in all of this and it was all down to miss sold mortgage in principle and a very poor advisor Kopi Kovacs. Do not use this company, even more disappointing that this was a referral from the rightmove website, maybe would not have pursued this avenue if not directed to.
And just an AI response to this review no mention of it being looked in to as it should be . It has taken all this time to come to terms with this horrific experience since September 2025 . Absolutely disgusting treatment.

We appreciate the frustration and disappointment caused following the change in outcome after the lender requested additional information as part of their underwriting process. Whilst mortgage applications can sometimes change following full assessment by the lender, we do understand how distressing and financially impactful this situation has been for you both. We’re also sorry if the timelines, stages, and potential outcomes of the lender’s process were not made fully clear from the outset.

My advisor Lily was very good at going out of her way find out extra info for an akward situation and far more prompt and considerate of my time and availability, and almost concerningly punctual, if yoh asked to be called at 5pm you will be getting called at 5pm on the dot.
