Read all these reviews after placing order, thought it was a scam but it isn’t! The guys at fight co assured me that the parcel is coming and it did end up coming within 3-5 working days as said on their website. Although the tracking number on royal mail said it hasnt been received, its just an error. I placed the order on saturday night, came on thursday. I asked where the parcel was via email , got back to me fast and said 48 hours, it came the next morning. So place some trust in these guys and don’t believe all the impatient reviews. Be patient.

I forgot to put the door number on my address and so the order couldn't be sent to me and so i emailed the company and they were able to sort the issue out and get me back my order swiftly and efficiently.

Five out of five stars.
When post office could not track down my package, Fight Co customer service team have professionally resolved the problem within 48 hrs.

This company went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, quick communication very very helpful, cant fault them at all.

Really helpful, good knowledge. The assistant took the time to measure the gloves that I was enquiring about and even sent me photos comparing the products. Very impressed.

Got my delivery, this is the second time I’ve ordered with them , delivery could be quicker .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, if you need your order in less than 2 weeks or so! After order, they send you Royal Mail tracking details ,so really looks like they are good and posted out quickly, but no, they have not posted it out, and from now they start blaiming Royal Mail!! who actually never received package from them :))) and when you contact them, you just keep hearing more lies and lies. Finally they said they will RECALL this parcel from Royal Mail and issue a refund :))))) SERIOUSLY!!! Its not really possible to recall parcel from RM, so obviusly, just another lie and they never posted it out! ABSOLUTELY USELESS WEBSITE TO ORDER FROM!!!

Ordered a few items 2 weeks ago and haven’t received them yet. I have contacted the company 3 times and had no reply, and the tracking number for Royal Mail says that they are still waiting for the parcel.

Order was sent but lost by royal mail. Used the live chat function and new one being sent out same day

Absolutely amazing customer service.

Seems to be a consent theme with regards to delivery. My item was taking longer than expected and the tracking wasn't updating emailed company and was told to wait a little longer I did wait but another two days passed and tracking still wasn't available (royal mail expecting package) company continuing to tell me to wait, upon checking the item all items were then out of stock no wonder it wasn't sent! Refunded me full amount and continue to say parcel with Royal mail! Awful company.

***Demand is a strong word, when it clearly shows on Royal mail tracking still with sender, looking at the reviews it isn't just me that as had the same issue with delivery, it isn't a dig at the company but perhaps look into a different courier to avoid these problems, I have also stated refund was given which is appreciated**

Was initially very annoyed with service as it was taking longer than expected to deliver due to the courier not receiving the package , however once I got into contact during a working day I got a reply apologising and saying they will send a replacement through express delivery which arrived the next day. Overall customer service is good however the only thing that lets the company down is the courier they use which obviously is no fault on fight co’s behalf, I did think this site was a scam because of the reviews and my package not being delivered however once I got into contact with Matthew he was more than happy to offer a refund if I didn’t want to have a replacement pair sent.

Fight co have sent me a decently priced karate suit that looks better than I expected. Delivered straight to my door by royal mail and I was able to track the item. I will recommend them to my students

My son has his first proffesional fight in march and decided to buy him a pair of shorts fitting for the event .. after research I picked him floury shorts from FIGHT CO ... loved them that much he's actually picked another pair himself 👌 if he wins he gets new gloves 🫰😁

SCAM.. ordered a BJJ Gi for my son from the website did not turn up at all, no tracking or pop given. Ordered from eBay store and same again, took my money and no item or tracking provided. Ignoring eBay dispute, claiming through PayPal. Avoid like the plague!

Ordered a pair of boots with express delivery, still have not received order a week later. Every phone call made to head to head office goes straight to answer phone. It seems to be an on going issue with delivery as I am looking down these reviews, wished I would have read these comments prior to using them, I have been given the excuse of ‘the courier has lost them’ but reading this comments it clearly is something going on with the company. I am absolutely disgusted with the fact a company can take a good chunk of money and a week later still have not even shipped the shoes, would 100% not use, in the process now of trying to get a refund. If I do no receive I will be taking it to small claims court!

Do not trust terrible customer service ordered mouthguard over 2 weeks never received tried to call nothing is working tried email no one mouve a finger. I will get my bank involved to get a refund. I advise customers to avoid Fifgt co and try somewhere else.it is jus rubbish.

I ordered a pair of boxing gloves and a mouth guard and it has not shown up .
It has nearly been 2 weeks, I have emailed fight co about this issue and I’ve had no response .

Ordered a pair of boots early to mid November. Never received them. When I contacted fight co I got an email back showing me a photo of a plant with a tiny piece of plastic behind it . Don’t know who’s plant it was certainly not mine . Still haven’t received the boots or a refund or even an update . Certainly be careful when ordering from this company I certainly wouldn’t recommend it . If they can rip you off for 48 quid imagine if it was a lot more. Just read the reply back from these cowboys . PayPal have confirmed nothing if it’s that clear it’s my house upload the photograph on here and let people see . It’s quite clearly not my house why would I bother with all this nonsense over 48 pound ? I just want people to know that you haven’t sent anything to my address and have kept my money . These people are just full of excuses !! Pay pal are confirming nothing ! These people are liars ! Yes you might have GPS yes you left it behind a plant pot . Yes you DID NOT deliver it to me did you ? Your openly admitting you’ve left it behind some plant pot . That’s no good to me is it you haven’t delivered I haven’t received and your doing nothing about it only trying to justify your pathetic service and my review

Avoid awful! I ordered originally from Fruugo who I was ignored by for two weeks once I finally heard from them I was advised fight co had not even sent out my parcel! ( I paid for express delivery) This was then sent out shortly after but I received incorrect advertised gloves. I was told I could send them back which I have and have forwarded receipts as proof. One week later I am still being ignored without a refund or new boxing gloves sent out! Awful service and £100 has been stolen from me!
