They are absolutely brutal. The worst I've ever dealt with and there customer service is diabolical and all the customer service team are shocking as your passed on to a different person with every call or email your passed on to adifferent people constantly and the are all extremely rude .I've been waiting for 10 pairs of boxing gloves for over five weeks off venum but still no delivery. I have made multiple phone calls and multiple emails but still excuses and no matter what you say or what paperwork work you send its always wrong. This has been extremely frustrating as these gloves were for my students who are going to the world championship . So this is so upsetting . They have blamed everyone even the delivery service DHL the have not listened to me and the defently do not listen to the customer. I've been the one stuck in the middle here even though I've paid in full I've just not been heard at all as its there way and thats it.
I don't care how good there gear is as if its causing so many problems its not worth it as its just horrible to be treated like this and its so unprofessional to see a company that dosent care they should be so ashamed of their self. Alan G

Shocking customer service avoid everyone!
Paid for order beginning of July order was apparently dropped off at the pick up shop but I got there no parcel so reported it to venum to salma and after 32 emails back and forth I’ve been fobbed off no refund and no order and they know the parcel is missing but keep saying there waiting for ups to send it back to them but how can you send a parcel back what’s been lost so I still have no refund and no order and provided all proof and they scam you no refund no order after 5 weeks trying to sort this back and forth. Had to report to my back for a charge back cos there scammers it’s disgusting service and can provide all proof so everyone avoid shopping here if you don’t wanna be ripped off go elsewhere

Truly appalling customer service.
Bought gloves in April, they split immediately.
Back and forth with Venum for months trying to get a replacement they have sent us in to a doom loop of sending and resending pictures. Avoid at all costs. I'll try Hayabusa next time.

We purchased some women's leggings thinking they would be high quality, branded as MMA compression. Having previously had 2 pair of their boxing gloves and happy with their quality.

In under 2 months and total wear time of approximately 12 hours, wearing once a week for 1 hours training and some time travelling to training. My 14 yo daughter's leggings waist band stitching has completely come apart. Washing on cold wash, dried naturally.

Customer service refused to exchange or refund and stated "wear and tear". And didn't respond to my last email. Disgusting customer service and would never buy from Venum again. I've had better wear from £10 leggings let along £55 ones. Stay away! Wishes I'd read reviews first.

I hope nothing goes wrong with your order, because if you do expect no customer service, empathy, help, refund or any sense in f accountability from this company. Read all the UK reviews on google reviews also, this company shouldn’t have a license to sell products directly to customers as they will take your money for both the product and shipping and simply not deliver the product at all….no recourse.

Customer service is appalling and ignores you. Ordered 2 items in November and when the package arrived it only contained 1 item. I have been chasing it up but my emails are being completely ignored. Scam company comes to mind when dealing with them. Seems I’m not alone and wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering. If they were out of stock of an item then they should notify you and offer an alternative item or refund.

I ordered two items from Venum, but only received one. The main item I wanted (a gi) was out of stock – but I was never informed of this. I only discovered it when I opened the package and found that I had only received the mouthguard. Who would order just a mouthguard, knowing you still have to pay shipping fees? Obviously, it was just an add-on to my main order, not something I wanted on its own.

The “final resolution” offered to me was free shipping on my next order. But if you don’t have the gi I wanted at the price I purchased it for, what order am I supposed to place? This is not a solution – it’s just pushing the problem away.

Overall, their handling of the situation was poor, unprofessional, and unfair to the customer. Mistakes happen, but failing to inform me that the item was out of stock and leaving me to pay the price for their errors is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

A shirt I ordered and paid for turned out to be out of stock and it took 4 weeks to get my money back.

Bought challenger shinpads which were flimsy and fitted poorly despite the high price. Very frustrating process to return product due to problems with the website and customer support were unhelpful
