These regular deliveries are so convenient, & when I did have an issue (courier company said a package was delivered when it hadn't been), I contacted Customer Services & Holly sorted out a replacement pack immediately. Really good service, I recommend FFS.

Amazingly helpful customer service. I’d accidentally renewed my subscription so I contacted them to cancel and they refunded me the full amount, I’d not even asked for that or expected it. Holly was so helpful. Genuinely one of the best companies I have dealt with.

Had a few things from here now all amazing!! But last package hasn’t arrived.. just messaged them through WhatsApp and had excellent customer service from Sarah, she dealt with it quickly
And has sent a replacement out straight away with a 2 day delivery slot!

I received my order when I opened the it I noticed that gift box I ordered as a present had a different coloured razor to what I ordered in it, I got in contact with FFS what’s app to voice my issue. I got a reply almost instantly from Nikki who managed to sort out my problem pretty much instantly by offering to send me out the correct coloured razor. Normally I am not one to message about if I get the wrong thing (it’s a razor) but this was for and extra present for my partner and I he would have like the colour I got sent but he would be over the moon with it in the orange colour that I ordered. I am very grateful for how quick and easy it was dealt with. Thank you top class service !

Don’t trust this company. Look fantastic were offering a deal where you purchase a razor for the price of the postage. I requested to cancel the reoccurring subscription and cancel more razors being sent. My request was sent almost a week before I was due to receive the second batch of razors. Jessica Higgins in customer service kept fobbing off my requests to cancel the second order and said they “were looking into it” despite several chases they still sent the items and charged me. I was still receiving notification emails the order was being processed days after requesting to cancel.
Then I was passed to Holly who refused to refund me with a response of “once it’s in their system it’s too late” another fob off, a week’s notice shouldn’t be too late if they had actually acted on my initial request. The other option I’m offered is to return the item for a refund at my own expense for their error.
The razors aren’t anything special to be honest and they aren’t worth the money either. Which is why they have to scam you out of subscriptions because the products don’t sell themselves.
I can tell a lot of their reviews on here are fake too. Hopefully Trust pilot verifies these people have actually purchased something from them 😬

These were sent as a Freebie which I wasn’t expecting, the size is perfect for my top lip making them easy to use and the wax grip is great. I’ll definately be recommending them to friends as well as purchasing them

Horrendous customer service. I had paused my subscription and suddenly was charged at 5am on a Sunday with no prior warning. I emailed immediately to cancel the order that had gone through without my consent and was told there is nothing they can do. Zero communication about my subscription restarting, just took my money! I was polite in asking for resolution but received generic responses once again stating that this they don't send reminder emails before an order is automatically placed. AVOID.
Usually customer service would be helpful in finding a resolution but not here.

I had a code for money off and I had ordered without using the code (you know those days where your brain is just mush) I got in touch with customer service and they refunded the difference!I thought there no chance they will as it was my mistake!then I got an email saying they may be behind on deliveries,but it still arrive in the time frame stated,so you know they're working heard to get the orders out! Applied for ‘free’ product. Paid for delivery but inadvertently agreed to subscription service. Debited my account 2 weeks later and wanted to send products I didn’t want or need. Contacted through the WhatsApp service and emailed twice with no response at all. Noted they’d cancelled the payment but didn’t reply to my messages. I suspect this happens a lot. Eventually had an email 4 days later to say payment cancelled.

So I’ve been a subscriber for years - it’s cheap and convenient - and had an issue with an order. Spoke to Holly and she quickly noticed I had misspelt my email (doh!) and sorted it all out for me super quickly. Can’t fault FFS at all.

Very sneaky on the subscription. Signed up for every 3 months so was very surprised to see 2 weeks after 1st I had been charged for next delivery... Which included things I didn't use or want. Very disappointing they sent it out even although I told them the items were of no use to me. Cost me £3 to return it. Who knows if and when I'll be refunded. Told them to cancel the subscription too. Just puts you off when you don't even get the chance to choose what's in your next delivery! *Thanks for your reply, it was clear enough thanks, blades would have been fine but you really should allow customers to choose what else they receive along with them. As I said I had no use for the other items.

Amazing customer service-orders the trial pack however the razor handle wasn’t quite right for me as i found it too heavy- subscription was cancelled with ease they were very understanding. I then ordered a mystery bundle and a soap bundle as i still wanted to support a lovely business and when i was accidentally sent the mini mystery instead of the mega,i made holly aware and i immediately have two more items being dispatched out to me within minutes of letting them know. Brilliant customer service from her genuinely kind and helpful such a credit to the company. Will definitely be ordering again 💕
