Whilst I waited a long while for an assistant to join the virtual query session which I had to leave but someone unexpectedly emailed me back to confirm that the subscription changes I wanted had been made.

Such a great brand! I have used them for years after being referred by a friend! Lovely customer service very quick and efficient! Helped me massively when the system was down and I messed up an order. Refunded me right away. Nikki was amazing what a star! Thank you so much for all your help!

I contacted the WhatsApp support regarding my order and was helped promptly by Nikki. There were no long delays with responses as I have experienced with other companies. I also like the brand in general. Although I have never tried the skin care I am happy with the quality of the razor blades and handles and have been using them for several years now. Thanks again for everything!

I am sadly not impressed with the product . The razor is nice and of good quality but the blades are really very average. The repair and soothe body cream is not a premium product neither.(composition and packaging) .
I cancelled my subscription so considering other reviews here I hope this has been acknowledged since I do not want to use this product again.

I asked advice via the WhatsApp about my subscription and a lovely lady, Holly, was really helpful and accommodating to my needs. FFS beauty is a fab service and their products are amazing 👏

My delivery was returned to the company due to an address problem, I messaged the company and they replied next day and were very helpful and offered a replacement to be sent. There customer service is second to none and I would totally recommend this company. I haven't tried the products yet but looking forward to using them.

I’ve had a subscription with FFS for a few years now and they’re a really good brand to deal with - I’ve had a couple of minor issues and I’ve been able to speak to them on WhatsApp and resolve v quickly which is rare these days! The razors are great and a massive improvement on plastic ones I was using before.

Love the quality of FFS blades and razors, managing my account and subscription is effortless, affordable and convenient, I’ve been using them for 3 years now! Customer service is fab too, thanks Holly!

I didn't get a reminder that the next order of my subscription was due and this month didnt need them yet so messaged customer service and was issued a full refund. Really quick response on WhatsApp!

FFS supply the absolute best razor blades, since using I’ve never managed to cut myself. The personalised razors are amazing too, I’ve even purchased one for my daughter as her first razor! I’ve been using the blades for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I love how the blades come with a cover which is great for travelling and the holder also comes in really handy. Customer service is phenomenal - highly recommend!

Great customer services, very helpful and prompt in replying.

I have used FFS for years and their razors are excellent. However, I am cancelling today for the second—and final—time due to their frustrating and anti-consumer business ethics.

My first cancellation happened after I clicked an email link for "more info" on their facial razor, which automatically signed me up for a hidden, hard-to-cancel add-on subscription. This second time, I realised they intentionally do not send reminder emails before billing and shipping. I wasn't ready for more blades and wanted to remove a shaving cream add-on that I disliked, but forgot.

While I accept partial blame for forgetting the date, modern life is busy. FFS clearly relies on customer forgetfulness to extract money. Ironically, they add massive friction to a subscription service by forcing you to contact customer service to cancel, rather than offering a simple button online.

Their main competitors send helpful reminder prompts and offer automated, one-click cancellations. FFS knows this. It is a shame that a company with such a great physical product relies on dirty, outdated subscription traps to keep your money. I will not be returning.
