I have attempted to place several orders for items that are clearly listed as being in stock. Each time, I am able to proceed through the checkout process and receive an email confirmation with an order number. However, shortly after, I receive a follow-up email stating that my order had been cancelled due to the items being out of stock.
These orders were not placed on the same day; they occurred over the span of several days/weeks. This suggests that this is not a temporary synchronization delay, but a persistent failure to maintain accurate inventory levels.

I will not order from you again because you chose DPD as your delivery partner. I would rather not order at all to avoid all the stress from having parcels delivered by DPD. They have brought so much issues and really brought down your brand value.

Bought two tea shirts and a jacket
Bought two tea shirts and a jacket. After wearing one of the tea shirts I realised it was too big.
I took the other tea shirt back still wrapped in the green striped tissue with the receipt.
I checked they had a smaller size and they did plus many others.
I asked if I could change the tea shirt for a smaller one and the assistant referred it to a manager. After a short wait I was told it was not possible as I was five days too late.
I appreciate the return rule but thought this was very bad customer service.

Brilliant Concierge Services
I used the concierge service at Fenwick last week and would like to thank the staff involved. The first lady I spoke to tracked down stock of the product I was looking to buy and then the staff at the Newcastle store completed the order. All really helpful, friendly and very efficient, and despite the order being made at 6pm on a Friday evening on a bank holiday weekend, the order arrived on Sunday morning! Five star impressive all round experience and very much appreciated.

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service from Fenwick! My perfume arrived severely damaged and I contacted them immediately! Karendeep was no help at all and told me the images I had sent were not received, gave multiple excuses about heavy emails and firewalls (absolute rubbish) finally used another email address to send and then advised they were short staffed so the investigation would take longer! Told me my item would not be replaced!!
What am I supposed to do when I’ve spend over £140 on a bottle of perfume that has arrived smashed??
I really expected better customer service from Fenwick! As a Gold member I’ve spent over £1000 on perfumes over the last year and to be treated like a lier is absolutely terrible!
I now have to wait till Wednesday so their teams can conduct a review and for a manager to make a decision and contact me…
It would seem they are stalling, it is bad practice that a swift resolution couldn’t be achieved, from a consumer perspective a resolution should of been reached immediately and an investigation carried out internally, I don’t believe I should have to wait when I have provided the evidence immediately!
I have a feeling that given the many reviews on here that state similar experience that I may not be receiving my refund as I should!
Will update again once they come back to me with the outcome!
Very long winded poor customer service experience and will not be shopping again with them!
