Really pleased with the Hampton set I have received. It took a little longer than the website initially stated for delivery time, but it was well worth the wait. It looks great and I really liked the fact it was not entirely flat pack. The quality of cushions is so much better than another set I already have, firm but comfortable. There was a slight delay with the delivery company but they did arrange a delivery time that fit best for me.
Overall I am very happy and will definitely be buying from here again, and recommending to friends 😊

I purchased the Grand Edinburgh 12 piece set from featuredeco after looking for a nice outdoor set for months. The set is beautiful and comfortable and love how you can set it up differently to various sizes to meet needs. A very sturdy outdoor furniture set and I have had lots of compliments from family and friends. The Featuredeco Company have been great with quick delivery and would definitely purchase from here again in the future and would highly recommend others to do so.

Decent quality product at realistic prices compared to competitors.
Delivery done on time with good communication from the driver.

Used FeatureDeco to purchase a cover for my garden furniture. I’d look at a few different ones and this company had the best price and seemed to be the best product as well. Ordering was simple and the price was good. The cover arrived well packaged and is of excellent quality. It’s a bit bigger than my garden furniture, however it looks good and is fully waterproof protecting my garden furniture from the elements. Other covers are shower resistant where as this one is waterproof. Would highly recommend this company and this product as being great value and quality.

Very good quality, highly recommended 👌

Great service from start to finish, the staff are very helpful and pleasant.
We had a lot of questions and they answered them all. Great quality products at fantastic prices.

A colleague recommended featureDECO and we couldn't be happier. I managed to get a set on discount but can't see any imperfections even though it stated it might have some. Delivery was late in the day even though was stated as 1pm, but the girl in the office was really helpful even though I called 3 times! So, thank you very much. Would recommend.

Exactly what was advertised. Delivered on time.Great experience

Excellent product, delivery & customer service.
We would highly recommend Featuredeco, as they have an excellent range of products.
We are very happy with our outdoor furniture that has allowed us to enjoy our garden, spending time with family & friends.

Really easy ordering process! Ordered on the 4th and delivered by the 9th. Easy to put together and I’m in love with my new furniture. Such good quality, comfortable and a good price. The only issue would be with delivery and not given much information about what was going to happen on the day of delivery but that’s to do with the delivery company and not the feature deco. The actual delivery guys were really nice though. Would definitely recommend. Just to note I’ve had my furniture a month now so had time to use it.

It was smooth from start to finish. They had exactly what i wanted and the quality is so good and the sofa is extremely comfy.

Great communication! Furniture arrived as described/expected! Now we wait in the sun!

Really impressed with featureDeco great website and service. It’s the second time we have bought from them and the quality of the product is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing garden furniture and super fast delivery!
5* thank you!

Quick delivery of replacement covers for our featureDECO High Back Rattan Cube set

Two years ago we purchased two sets of the London Rattan chairs in cappuccino grey. We liked them so much this year we added to the collection by purchasing a corner set for another part of the garden. The chairs are robust, stylish and comfortable. The customer service and delivery were excellent throughout. Would highly recommend!

We bought the Canterbury rope sofa and chairs and were initially delighted with it. It was expensive and cost over £1000. We have used it for 2 summers (it's kept in a shed over winter) We got it out this year and the rope has deteriorated so much now that it is literally falling apart. The rope is disintegrating and the straps that go under the seat cushions are breaking. FeatureDECO have said it is because we didnt wash it regularly with soapy water as pollen and dust will damage it. I completely disagree with this as it isn't disintegrating to such an extent on the chair which hasn't been used as much, so it is nothing to do with dirt build-up from the environment. I believe any extra rubbing of the rope would lead to even more disintegration. So please be warned of buying this item, yes it looks lovely but is not fit for purpose.
