Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the item, but we're sorry that the size wasn't suitable.
We also apologise if you experienced difficulty getting hold of us. We always aim to respond to customer enquiries promptly, and we're sorry if that wasn't your experience.
As our products are made to order, our policy is that we can only offer replacements or exchanges where an item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, rather than when an incorrect size has been ordered. We do, however, provide detailed size guides to help customers choose the best fit before ordering.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order.
We've reviewed your purchase and can confirm that this design was available with two different badge options. The item supplied was produced using the option selected when the order was placed.
We're sorry if this wasn't the design you intended to order. We always recommend checking the selected options carefully before completing a purchase, particularly where products are available in multiple variants.

Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry that you felt the delivery took longer than expected. Your order was placed during our busiest Christmas period, when production times are longer than usual due to exceptionally high demand. We were, however, pleased to complete and deliver your order within our advertised maximum turnaround time of four weeks.
We appreciate your patience during this busy period and hope you're pleased with the quality of your item. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
Wow incredible customer service and great quality!
I can’t thank this company enough—excellent communication and outstanding quality.
I purchased a jumper for my dad for Christmas and wasn’t sure it would arrive in time. The company personally called me and ensured it was delivered super quickly. The quality of the product is incredible. Thank you so much!

All great products
All great products, I have bought many, to the envy of many people I display some of the fantastic things I have done whilst I was a soldier, great quality embroidery, it's perfect, I love the Grumpy Veteran, it kind of sums me up by now, there is no room for any Bollocks in my life, tell it like it is, but at least they have the warning, great Job, thanks.
