Fantastic product. Delivered really quickly, especially as I had special requests which must have been easy for them to support. Could not recommend them enough for a gift. Hoping to purchase off them in future!

Not days
I place this order on 21/07/2024 and I received it on 7/09/2024. It was supposed to be delivered on17/08/2024 because I wanted it as a gift. They indormed us that the delivery will be on a Monday and then we gave it to another shipping company which charged us extra money. I am not satisfied with the order at all. The item was amazing thank you for that. But I expected it to come early

Dear sir, thank you for your feedback, however there are some issues with your account of events, which we thought was closed amicably via email recently. 1. You ordered an item on pre-order, so thats upto 4 weeks for the item as advertised on the product, which is one of our more technical made to order pieces. 2. When the item was complete and ready to ship, the address given was incomplete for delivery, and we only heard back from you a week later, when you where about to go abroad. 3. the new address provided to redirect abroad a BFPO, was not an address we send large ticket items, as there is no accountability. 4. You send another address abroad, and we delivered the item to your destination. After a further week you contacted us for details of where the item was. The item had been delivered the week before, and you retrieved the item. Thankyou!

Products are good but check the sizes…
Products are good but really check the size charts as the sizing comes up different e.g. ordered a XXl polo shirt that was really big on me so rodered a different polo shirt at XL that was too tight on me. Also check if ordering a second regiment grest as ordered my APTC which come back with just the cross swords and crown, ordered the second Polo shirt come back with Royal Army Physical Training Corps when I expected just the grest without the writing. Emailed FatChimp but they never got back to me as I did want to re-order
