My Tesla was with them for nearly two months for what should have been relatively minor repairs. To make matters worse, the windscreen was damaged while the car was in their care, yet they refused to take responsibility.
When I took the car to Autoglass, the technician confirmed that the crack could only have occurred during the repair process. The crack started from the bottom of the windscreen and ran all the way to the side, which he said was an unusual point of origin. He even commented that he wanted to know how the damage had happened because it should not have cracked in that way under normal circumstances.
To add to my disappointment, when it was time to collect my car, James told me I could have it back on the Saturday instead of the Tuesday—three days earlier—if I left Tesla a 5-star review. I found this completely inappropriate, as customer feedback should reflect the actual experience, not be influenced by incentives.
I wish they had simply accepted responsibility for the damage caused while my car was in their possession. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. The customer service was poor, the repair process took far too long, and the overall standard of workmanship fell well below my expectations.

We have received really poor quality of service from this garage and have had numerous issues with the quality of repair to our BMW.
When you turn up and see all high value cars, especially Rolls Royce yous assume that you are in for a premium experience but in our case this couldn't have been further from reality.
The quality control is incredibly poor. The car was returned without the rear door being properly tightened and so it dropped when you opened it ( a simple opening of the door as a quality check would have identified this).
The bottom plastic panel on the rear passenger door was not fitted properly and was coming away a couple of weeks after the repair.
It sounds as if they have left repair debris in the front passenger door and this rattles (loudly) when you drive. Again, where's the quality control?
6 months after the repair and the loose plastic panel mentioned above has fallen off teh car and you can see that their repair solution was to use double sided tape rather than fix it properly.
Overall a very poor experience. I would not trust this garage with my 20 year old run around, let alone a premium car.
AVOID!

DO NOT USE. Car was taken on 9th May for a repair at Fastlane Heathrow. On its return 3 weeks later there were 3 chips on the car that were not there when my car went in for repair. Car was taken back to fastlane as I didn’t accept the condition they’d returned it in. They have now held on to my car for a fourth week and not willing to accept liability even though I have photos from before and so do the recovery company. The manager Dave was incredibly rude on the phone and said it was just “general wear and tear”. Also wont give me my car back until tomorrow afternoon. Absolutely disgusting company who I’ll be taking legal action against. I’ve also raised a formal complaint against Fastlane with Mercedes as there is no way they should be Mercedes approved.

Car collected on 12 Feb 2026 to repair a dent in the door of a 1 year old car. Car still not returned as at 27 Feb 2026. Contacted earlier this week to say that car wouldn't be ready until 6 Mar 2026! After complaining, car now being returned on 2 Mar. The company says they were waiting for parts. What parts? What did you break? I'm sure there'll be some rubbish response to this but it won't alter the fact that it will have taken 18 days to repair a dent and there's been no customer service. We'll be contacting Mercedes to ask them to review the approved repairer status.

Fastlane acknowledged and updated me at every stage of the process, which gave me complete peace of mind. Fastlane repaired my Tesla but their customer service afterwards has been dreadful. I only needed a short written confirmation for an insurance claim about a key card I couriered to them so they could carry out the work.
My contact at Fastlane, sent one unhelpful reply and then stopped responding altogether. Another inbox Fastlane use has since been deactivated and my emails now bounce. I have been left unable to progress my claim. Based on this experience, I would never use Fastlane again and would not recommend them to anyone.
I have sent three emails now without any solution or help.
Anil was very efficient had the vehicle collected as promised, I had to change the delivery address last minute and he was very accommodating, had the vehicle completed at the time promised. Made it very easy, especially when someone has driven into you. Thank you so much.

Hustlers to get you in an expensive loan car. Loan car returned on one occasion as they were messing around getting insurance approvals. Then there was a delay in getting parts.
Place should be investigated by the insurance ombudsman as they have one main site and one place on the opposite side of the road for storing cars
Dropped off the first loan car and waiting around 2 weeks for the parts
Was told 2 weeks for the repairs after the parts arrived
Car went in for repair on 01st Oct and was only returned on 31st Oct clearly working in leagues with the loan car company no wonder everyone insurance premiums are so crazy bunch of hustlers.
Was informed the car had been fully valeted my kid could have done a better job on the glass work
Want to upload images and will be sharing with insurance ombudsman all details as this is why our insurance premiums are so crazy for a broken take light repair and new bumper!!!!

I am very impressed with Fast Lane and, in particular, with Salil Khahil. I had an accident in my car recently which resulted in the need for a new passenger door. This could have been problematic but it was dealt with efficiently and immediately by Salil and I am very grateful.
Salil spoke to me in a very calm and helpful manner in the first place. I was very annoyed and upset by what had happened and he was able to reassure me that Fast Lane could deal with things easily and immediately. The car was taken away and I was given a replacement vehicle. The two drivers who brought the car could not have been more helpful and efficient; they arrived on time, gave me some useful advice about driving the car and made sure both cars were very clean. Salil dealt with the work swiftly. The car door has been replaced and the car is as elegant and smart as when I bought it. I am very grateful. Salil is absolutely reliable and efficient and he made me feel everything would be smooth and easy- which it was.
Congratulations to Fast Lane on its excellent staff, effective processes and first class work.
