I spoke to Lisa about closing my Windfall Bond account. She was very helpful and I would definitely use FBS again.

I had a bond that was maturing and wanted to split the funds between an isa and a fixed bond
I spoke with Tracy Rogers who was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me with my needs.
